Appearance: Perseus has black long hair with 2 long strands each of the sides and has crimson red eyes. He may look like a normal young adult but he is a heavy smoker and he practically swears a lot. He has this rebellious nature within him.
In his casual attire, he wears a black parka clothes, a pair of brown jeans, a pair of black gloves and a pair of boots. He also wears a watch and a pendant with a Planeptune symbol that Nepgear gave to him as a sign of good luck charm.
In his Basilicom Knight attire he sloppily wears his purple coat with a Planeptune symbol, that is unbuttoned and he rolls up the sleeves. Under the coat he wears a a white polo and white jeans and wears a black sneakers. He still wears the Planeptune pendant even in duty.
Personality: Perseus is an agressive kind of person due to Blanc's nature. He swears a lot upon growing up and Nepgear had to scold him. He is also a heavy smoker because he was introduced to smoke cigarettes by one of the guards and it's also said that it can calm the nerve, so he pretty much smokes every to calm himself.
He maybe an agresive person, Perseus can be kind and loyal to the people who he cares especially to Nepgear.
Perseus has this sardonic nature and sometimes likes to mock anyone even during in battle.
Arsenal: Perseus use a Beam Sword just like Nepgear's despite the fact that Nepgear herself gave it to him as he got accepted into becoming a Basilicom guard at the age of 15.
Due to his rebellious nature, he also wields a magnum even though it is prohibited to carry one. But her rarely uses it due to the fact that it is slow to reload and he only use one round per battle.
