Chapter 19 - Renewed Fear

As the war broke out, Perseus prevails despite losing his comrades in the battlefield. An explosion was coming from Planeptower, he hurriedly runs there to find out Arryn was badly hurt. According to her that Histoire was kidnapped by CFW Trick and was taken to LAN Party.

Upon arriving in LAN Party, Warechu was in his way but got ultimately defeated and Perseus runs inside and upon entering the big room in the depths. He witnesses Nepgear and Uni were getting a beatdown from Linda, and if he steps closer, CFW Trick will harm Histoire.

With rage and anger rises inside him, his left arm was revealed leaving everyone in shock. Perseus killed CFW Trick and Nepgear was suddenly taken away by CFW Magic. Perseus got the info he needs from Linda for him to save Nepgear at the Headquarters of ASIC.

Looking back to my phone, I follow the trail towards the location of ASIC HQ. I am almost there, I just need to hurry up. If Magic saw was true, I'm sure she'll use Nepgear that will take her life away for the sake of Arfoire.

Reaching ASIC's HQ, it is indeed a big place. I wonder why is it not in Planeptune's radar? Maybe they are using a device to jam the satellites from getting this place's location. That is a high possibility.

I am greeted by a big metal door, I try to push or pull it but it's no use, it's locked. There is a keypad just by the side, and I should've taken Linda's keycard. Well, whatever. I step back from the big metallic door and I raise up my left arm as the spectral appears just above it. The spectral shimmer brighter into a neon color and I punch down the door, breaking it in the process.

That reminds me when I ripped off of CFW Trick's tongue, my arm consumes the tongue. So what power exactly I have bestowed with? Knowing CFW Trick, he uses his tongue to grab things and pulls it towards him. Maybe I can try that. 

Stepping inside the building, I go through the hallway until I reach the elevator. As I step inside, there are indeed 5 floors including the basement floor. I try to push the 5th floor, but nothing is happening. As I try to push the 2nd floor, the elevator door closes and I ascend up to the next floor. What kind of infrastructure does this HQ have? It's weird that it wouldn't let me go up to the 5th floor, like those video games where you have to ascend to the next floor one at a time.

Reaching the second floor, there are some bits that are roaming around. I will try it snatching an enemy will work from this far. With the spectral arm, I try to snatch a Bit from afar and the spectral arm grows longer towards the Bit and successfully grabbing a Bit and I pull it back to me and while still holding on to the bit, I smash it to the ground and destroying it.

Perseus: Now this is useful.

I took up my sword from my back and I hack and slash away every Bit I see. Clearing away all of the Bits on the floor, in the distance, I can see the elevator. I run towards it and I enter inside. I press the 3rd-floor button and I ascended up to the next floor. That reminds me. When I first fought CFW Brave, I suddenly grew wings that day. It's funny that I couldn't activate it, so I could fly up to the 5th floor with ease.

Arriving at the next floor, the elevator door opens and the hallway is......quiet.....too quiet to be exact. There are no signs of lifeforms or even any kinds of machines that are guarding this floor. Something tells me that they are guarding by the elevator. Running through the empty hallway and suddenly, I am greeted by 2 Heavy Tanks.

They started shooting their lasers and I dodge out of their line of fire. I even use my arm to use it as a shield, deflecting their lasers. I perform wall jump as I dodge their line of fire, and I snatch a Heavy Tank with my Spectral arm and I pull it towards me and I slam it to the ground.
