Chapter 12 - Revengeance

Ever since having a new sword, I haven't really used my left arm that much. Sure it is very helpful in battle, but there are times I shouldn't risk my self for exposing it too much.

While I still have a duty as a knight, Lady Histoire allowed me to pick up Shiva from school and bring her back to the basilicom. Since Reyna isn't around anymore, I am the one who is picking her up in school in her stead.

Arriving at her school, while waiting patiently outside the gate, moments later, a lot of students are coming out from the exit and heads their way towards the gate. Some students have someone to pick them and some don't.

While listening to 5pb's song, at the distance, I can see Shiva, she notices me and runs up to me.

Shiva: Hey big brother.

I pause the music and remove my headphones and I let it rest on my neck.

Perseus: How was school?

Shiva: It's fun as always!

Glad to hear that. I really can't relate since I've been homeschooled for all of my life until I became a guard then became a knight. Mina is both a mother figure to me and my teacher. She pretty much teaches me everything I need to know with basic knowledge and she even teaches me some basic combats at the age of 12.

And suddenly a ground of students approaches us and not just any students, it's Shiva's friends.

Friend A: We'll be going now, Shiva!

And all of a sudden, the put their attention toward me.

Friend A: Say.....are you the rumored Perseus that Shiva was talking about?

Perseus: What do you mean?

Friend B: You're a Basilicom Knight right? You must be super strong!

I doubt that. I was never strong, to begin with. I actually hated myself for letting Reyna get killed that day. I'm just a weak human with a cursed arm possessing me.

Friend C: Thank you for taking care of Shiva Mr!

The three of them waves goodbye to us and they left the school gate. Shiva and I did the same and the two of us walks back to the basilicom. As walking back, I suddenly receive a text message and it's from Uni.

I open up the message and it says "Meet me at your room." Is what she sent. Well .....she'll have to wait in the main hall before we get to her room. I reply with an "okay" and put back my phone to my pocket.

Arriving at Planeptower, Shiva goes her way back to her room and I try to find Uni in the main hall. Unfortunately, she is not around. Letting out a sigh I go back to my room. She didn't specify what time she'll get here.

Arriving at the floor where my room is via elevator and by surprise, Uni is actually waiting for me literally, just outside my room. She quickly stands up and lets me open my door and I let her come in.

Perseus: Okay, what's this all about?

Uni: Here.

Uni hands me some kind of note, but not just any note, it's some sort of a duel letter.

Uni: Someone's been harassing me with this kind of letter. Who do they think they are challenging a goddess?

Perseus: You do know that you can't transform yet.

Uni: Don't remind me. Actually, I am the only one who can't transform. Just recently, both Rom and Ram can finally transform and I am being left out. They really don't have to flex it
