With frustration, anger, and determination, Perseus goes his way towards ASIC HQ alone to save Nepgear from CFW Magic all by himself. He was stopped by Warechu but Perseus prevails and continues his way towards the top floor, overcoming the obstacles that are in his way.
Reaching the final floor, he sees Nepgear in a chamber, unconscious, and he was greeted by CFW Magic herself and the two engage to battle. With Perseus almost beating CFW Magic, Uni and the others arrived in time, they freed Nepgear while Perseus dealt the final blow to CFW Magic.
Thinking they have won, with an ounce of strength that Magic has left remaining, she reveals that her death and so as the other members of the 4 Felons will bring the awaking of the Deity of Sin. She also revealed that Perseus was the son of Arfoire all along. With Perseus dumbfounded about hearing the truth from CFW Magic, Uni knocks him out of the blue.
As I open my eyes, I stand up from the floor to find myself that I am locked up in this little jail room. It's cold and I feel weary.
Perseus: What the hell happened?
That's the first question that came out from my mouth. That's right, I was fighting with CFW Magic and I have beaten her. I remember, she said something about The deity of sin is awakening because of the 4 Felons' deaths. She also said that I am the son of Arfoire.
I still couldn't accept the truth. I know I'm human. There's no way I am her son, but then again, this cursed arm says it all.
And suddenly, Lady Histoire comes into the room. She has this sad expression on her face. Where the hell is Nepgear and the others.
Histoire: I'm sure you know the truth.
Perseus: What the hell is going on Lady Histoire!? Please tell me I am not the son of Arfoire.
Histoire: In fairness, you are indeed her son. I already sensed something greater within you when I first found you behind Planeptower. I decided to keep you and watch over you if any changes will occur. Then that cursed arm appears. With you being in the Knighthood, it proves sufficient that with your powers in control you can protect this nation. If not, I could've let someone exterminate you.
Perseus: You were using me these whole time!? I always thought you are family! This doesn't make any sense!
Out of frustration, I punch the cell bar and loud clang can be heard echoing in the room. I wasn't acknowledged this whole time? I always thought I was loved. I always thought I finally have a family. But no, I was just being used, because of this arm and also the fact that I am her son.
Histoire: Please don't think of that way. I always think of you as a son to me. Upon knowing that you are her son, I have to keep a lookout on you to keep Gamindustri from danger.
Perseus: You could've told me in the first place! Why do you have to hide it from me?
Histoire: It's for your own good, Perseus.
Perseus: Wait, now that Arfoire is awakened, where the hell is Nepgear?
Histoire: They are on their way to take down Arfoire with brute force. They are going to unite their powers and prove to Arfoire that they will prevail.
Perseus: Don't you think it's suicidal? Arfoire is a being who could destroy Gamindustri, there is no way in hell they'll win!
Histoire: What choice do we have? There is no other way but to fight her. There are no other methods left.
