Invasion of the Shemons

A couple of days later, three people appeared in the SCIF through a shimmer. They started attacking the air force men and women by means of fireballs and blue and purple balls of energy. The earth guns did no damage to them and the people realised they were no match for these mysterious people.

Upon hearing the noise and chaos, Teigra headed to the SCIF and stood in the view of the three people, but out of view of the air force men and women that still remained.

"Enough!" Teigra yelled "Jez, Trink, Hal, these people are my friends. Stop attacking them."

Halef bows, "Forgive us, Princess Teigra. We did not know. We were sent here to rescue you by Ammon."

"That's was kind of him and of you, Halef, but it's not necessary." Teigra replied

Alexandra stared at the Shemons and then at Teigra, "How do you all know each other?"

"It's a long story." Teigra said "One that I cannot tell you." She looked back at Halef, Jezebel, and Trinket, "What of my mother? Is she okay?"

Jezebel shook her head, "I'm sorry, Princess. Queen Nayeli was killed by Nephi."

Teigra nodded. She was sad, but trying to be strong. She couldn't have her subjects seeing her cry. She wouldn't be a very good leader if she appeared to be weak. Because now with her mother dead, she would be leader of the underworld.

"And what of my brother? Where is he?" Teigra inquired

"Prince Noam is with his Aunt Imogen and Uncle Jonas." Halef informed

"Go back. Tell Ammon I'm fine. Tell him you were following my orders by not bringing me back. And I want a bounty put on Nephi's head." Teigra ordered "Also get Noam and bring him to me. I want my brother with me."

"Of course, Princess Teigra. As you wish." Trinket agreed. Then she, Halef, and Jezebel shimmered away.

"Okay Teigra, explain. Why did they listen to you?" Alexandra questioned as she looked at the young girl.

"I'm their princess." Teigra stated "They have to listen to me."

Alexandra scratched her head and then gave a nod, "Okay. Who are they?"

"They're names are Jezebel, Trinket, and Halef. They're practically family. From my dad's side." Teigra explained

"What were those things they were throwing from their hands?" Alexandra wondered

Teigra held up her palm, "Oh you mean like this." A small fireball appeared in her hand.

"Whoa!" Alexandra exclaimed "Let's be careful with that."

"Don't worry. I'm in full control. I won't hurt you." Teigra assured "They didn't mean you or your friends any harm. They thought I was in trouble and came to rescue me."

"I believe you." Alexandra told the girl

About thirty minutes later, Teigra was in her sleeping quarters reading a book that Dale had given her when Halef shimmered into the room with Noam.

"TiTi!" Noam exclaimed as he reached for his big sister

Teigra took Noam from Halef and into her arms, "Noey."

"Mommy's dead." Noam told his sister sadly

Teigra nodded, "I know, baby. I'm sorry I couldn't help her." She sat him down on the bed. "What do you have in your hands, Noam?"

Noam held out an old looking tablet to her, "For you. From mommy."

"Thank you, buddy." Teigra replied as she took the tablet into her hands. Then she looked at Halef, "Thank you, Halef. You may leave."
