It was nice having Bailey but now I had another person that I had to look after. It was not bad but Edmund can already be a handful and a monkey could make it more difficult, unless Bailey knows how to take control because that would be amazing. We gathered some coconuts along the way while walking through the trees. I still had my stick which Edmund still had to laugh at me about but once danger arrives he will wish he had a stick.

The island seemed like it was going on forever. Bailey was climbing through the trees which was giving my shoulder a rest.

"Bailey is so magnificent" I said.

"Monkeys have always been magnificent and I am really glad that we found bailey and that bailey was not a crazy monkey that would like to kill us".

"We got lucky and who knows maybe we were supposed to find Bailey and once we decide to leave we were meant to take Bailey with us".

"Since you bright it up. When do you want to live or do you want to grow old here?"

I laughed "well I know I don't want to grow old here. I don't know when I want to leave it has just been so nice here and we have had the island to our selves well besides Bailey. Do you want to grow old here?".

"No not at all but I agree it is nice here but I feel like we should leave soon".

"Yeah you are probably right we will prepare to leave soon unless you want to head back to the boat and gather everything and set sail".

"No I want to leave soon but not that soon I want to finish exploring here then we can figure it out".

We carried on and there was way to many trees I felt like I was going to get hit in the head with a coconut. Bailey was having fun going from tree to tree then jumping from Edmund's and I shoulders. Bailey was making me not regret coming here now. I now have a pet like I always wanted. There were so much bugs everywhere which Bailey took to eating and Edmund was able to scavenge some berry's.

The deeper we got into the trees the more it was difficult to walk... well for me. Edmund looked like a pro walking through all this grass and branches. While for me, it was difficult for some odd reason probably because I was tired of walking. We kept getting deeper and that meant more bugs. I was more trying not to step on anything which then led me to not pay attention. I then ended up walking fully into a tree which then caused my head to pound.

I feel to the ground.

"Evergreen are you okay?" Edmund asked me.

"Yeah I guess. I was more concerned about not steeping on any bugs that it caused me to be distracted. Then well I hit a tree".

He laughed "yes yes you did. Here sit up".

He then gave me the bottle with the water in in.

"Good thing I used the rum bottles as a storage for the water" I said to him.

"Good thing I decided to drink a ton because then the rum would of gone to waste".

"I would of preferred that you did not go rum crazy but can't change that now can I".

The pounding in my head was still there but it was not that bad anymore.

Edmund was hesitant on me to keep going but I assured to him that I was fine and he was not going to fight me on it so we carried on.

Bailey was on my shoulder like he knew that I was in pain. Bailey did not want to leave my shoulder then at one point he put his arm around my neck like he was hugging me. I then put him in my arms and held him like a little baby. In my arms, Bailey fell asleep and it was the most precious thing.
