Epilogue

It has been a long while since I decided to stay with my dad and build our relationship and ever since then it has been a whirl wind of adventures. We ran into Henry and all was well between them and I told him about my time aboard the Dutchman and he was shocked that I made it out alive. He also reconnected with a friend and sees his parents often. Edmund is still aboard and him and his dad are a perfect duo and they have been talking about searching for Edmund's mother.

Speaking of Edmund our friendship is going strong and I am glad that it is.

Bailey and Jack have been together as always and we also brought another monkey along with us. We haven't decided on a name yet but I guess we love having monkeys on the ship. 

Jack and I are doing really well. We have now got on a basis where I now call him dad and he refers to me as daughter. He has taught me a lot about the pirate life and not all is bad about it. I even got to navigate the ship a couple of time and almost caused us to hit some rocks. We also went to a place called Tortuga and that place was interesting. Since coming aboard Jack and I do now spend a lot of time together talking about our lives and I have found out a lot about him. We even talked about trying to find his father so I can meet my grandfather. Jack is not entirely bad but he does have his moments.

We ran into Jones again and we have worked out a deal for Jack's debt, every time Jones is able to step onto land I will spend the day with him. Jones still wants to rip Jack's heart out and maybe one day he will but for now it is not happening.

I convinced Jack to sail towards my home and he agreed and I got to show where I was raised. Then my mom happened to be there and she is still doing good and is proud of me. We even made plans to meet again and she and Jack had been working on their relationship and there is a slight chance that we might be a family. They have been working on their issues.

This journey has brought a lot of challenges and I wouldn't change it even if it makes me go crazy and I want my life back before I went on the adventure.

My family is complicated and I don't mind that at all. I am the daughter of Angelica and Jack two people that have a complicated relationship. I wouldn't change them for any thing.

I regretted many times about this adventure and that is the fun part about adventures some may want to give up and they do and others want to keep going no matter what.

Choices can be hard and choosing can be difficult but if I didn't choose to come with my dad our connecting would of never happened.

There is so much more of the world to explore and I can't wait to experience it with my dad and hopefully my mom if she and Jack can forget the past. I don't think it will happen but I do hope it does.

I am Evergreen the small island girl going to see the world who would of thought. I laughed and Jack let me steer the ship again and I am not good at this but Jack or I mean Dad believes in me and that is all that matters.

For now it is not completely a pirates life for me but i will be someday. Once I figure out how to sail a ship correctly.
