Creating a little tune in her head, the young girl completely relaxed. Leaning her head against the wall of the locker, she closed her eyes to fully concentrate onto her surroundings.
She had been repairing a generator (more or less) but of course she had to mess up and cause an explosion going off directly into her face. Now she was waiting in a nearby locker if the killer would come to her hiding spot.
She let her small frame slide to the bottom of the locker to avoid locking through the narrow gaps in the door. She couldn't hear any footsteps outside because the wind was too strong ringing in her ears.
(Y/N) didn't even know against which killer she was and she hadn't seen any of her teammates. It unnerved her how often she was pulled into a trial the last few days too.
Deciding she would be quite useless for the team if she just camped in here any longer, she creaked the door slightly open to peek out. No one was in sight, making her feel even more alone. And that was the last thing she wanted to feel.
The (H/C) haired stepped out to comprehend her environment as her eyes scanned over the area. God, she hated Ormond. Her hot breath clearly visible in front of her, her steps on the snow echoing loudly through the whole place and the goosebumps on her arms made it so much worse than any other map.
As she made her way towards the main building, where a warm fire and a generator were waiting for here, she couldn't help the weird feeling she got from the atmosphere. Where was everyone? It was too quiet here, absolutely no voice cut through the freezing air. Not even the noises of nature like crows.
When she stepped into the estate, running footsteps thumped from above. Hiding behind the counter, she watched Claudette sprint down the stairs, the Legion being hot on her trails. More specifically: Frank, or at least that was how he introduced himself to her.
As the black girl ran towards the other opening, hoping to get away from him soon, (Y/N) recalled a similar situation happening once. She could remember when she distracted another female member of the Legion who was after one of her teammates in the exact same location.
Why not try it again?
She immediately jumped to her feet and over the counter, running directly into Frank's field of vision. He let up from Claudette right after spotting the younger girl and charged towards her.
(Y/N) was never in a trial against him before so there were a lot of details she had to pay extra attention too. Though she knew that she couldn't outrun him from personal experience, everything else was still hidden from her. But even if she found out, she'll probably forget it in just merely a few days.
Great, if she motivated herself like that a bit more she might as well stop running and sacrifice herself.
Granted, she did stop after some time but only because she couldn't hear him behind her anymore. Turning around the young girl was greeted with nothing out of the ordinary. Except for him being gone.
