"Truth or dare?"

My lips felt like they were stretching with how hard I smiled at his cheesiness. Hair fell over my eyes as I nodded in response.

The arm Aspen had around me moved to cup my face sending tingles through my body.

Warmth spread through my face as I felt his breath fan over my lips when he spoke, "You first."

"Dare." My smile faltered a bit as I hoped Aspen wasn't about to make me strip and run around the streets naked.

I watched the mischief dance in his eyes as he seemed to come up with something. Oh no.

"Call Rena and declare your love for her." He laughed at himself when my eyes widened.

"Aspen I can't do that." He nodded his head. "She will believe me and fall for me Aspen you don't understand." I stated half sarcastically.

"If she knows what's good for her she will know you are mine." Aspen said darkly.

"Like the old days when women were property?" I asked sarcastically.

The look Aspen gave told me how stupid I sounded so I dialed up Rena's number and listened to the beeping on the other end.

"Hello?... Haha bitch you thought. If you need me just text me or send a voicemail that I won't listen to for 3 weeks." The sound of Rena's missed call message sounded and I sighed in relief.

"Didn't answer." I smiled and winked at a disappointed Aspen.

"Truth or dare?"

"Truth." He said seriously while tightening his hold on me.

A question that nagged at me for weeks came back up to the surface. After thinking of it there was no way I could ignore it.

"Tell me how you feel."

Silence fell between us as Aspen's face went blank. He wasn't ready for me to ask this.

Maybe I shouldn't have asked. Of course, he doesn't care, Delilah!

Aspen lifted me off his lap sitting me next to him where I was before. An empty feeling spread throughout my stomach. For once it wasn't because I was hungry.

When I began feeling hopeless to getting an answer, warm hands rested on the side of my face turning me to face Aspen.

The intense blue in his eyes was covered by a glint as he watched me softly.

"I don't really know. When I think about you, words can't really describe how I feel. Something about you consumes me but I don't know what it is. All I really know is I've never felt like this before." After speaking, his other hand held the other side of my face. I blushed at his words.

His words said so much and so little at the same time. I frowned and wondered what he meant.

Lately, I had been thinking so much about my feelings for him and decided that I liked Aspen.

Now that it came to my knowledge that Serena wasn't with him, he was free for me to try anything with.

I licked my lips when my mouth went dry.

"Weirdly enough, I feel the same way." I said back lamely.

Aspen looked at me weirdly like he was trying to find answers in my expression. Tension remained in the air when his eyes remained on my face unmoving.

Around us, the sun lowered itself on the horizon. Shades of pinks, oranges, purples, and reds grew behind Aspen making the colors reflect on his face. The view was breathtaking but Aspen managed to look even better.

I subtly pulled out my phone and pointed its camera at him.

"Smile," I told him. When he saw my camera he simply crossed his arms and his face had anything but a smile on it.

After taking the picture, he decided to continue the game. "Truth or dare?" He asked with his classic intensity.

"Dare."

"Prove it." I knew what he was talking about, but pretended like I didn't purely because I didn't know how.

Prove it? What was I supposed to do- get his name tattooed on my ass?

A part of me though, wanted nothing more than to show him all the new feelings he's given me. I wanted to play with his silky hair to know he was real. I wanted him to hold me as we watched the sunset. I wanted him to fill the lonely gap that has been once left in me. I wanted nothing more than to spend all of my time showing him how important he was. The butterflies swarming in my chest felt more like bees slamming against the sides when my nerves kicked in.

His eyes sparkled with something close to mischief and curiosity when he spotted the conflict running around my features.

Without a second thought, I pulled his face to my own by his chin and took a moment to stare into those irises. Patterns of purples and oranges scattered through the reflection of the sunset making him look all the more beautiful. I got caught up by the mingling of out breathes. My chest pounded with nerves that I didn't understand. We had kissed before, why be nervous now?

When he noticed I couldn't do it, his hand wrapped around my hair pulling my face closer before smashing our lips together. The feeling was indescribable. I could feel Aspens mouth shape into a smile which mirrored my own. His soft lips worked their way against mine when his tongue slipped into my mouth. I groaned when I realized I couldn't get enough of him. Of this. I felt like an addict and he was the drug.

No matter how much I pulled away something kept me coming back begging for more.

When he started hesitating to slow down, I knew why. If he continued- he wouldn't want to stop. I groaned in dissapointment and hazed up me decided I didn't want this to end. For the first time i felt a desire to show the world that he was mine. My lips moved from his and down his face with small pecks. Once he shuddered from a kiss I knew I'd found his soft spot. I tried my best on sucking in that area and feeling pride when Aspen groaned above me. When I finished I pulled my head away to see a dark red spot that you could notice from 15 ft away. Pride flushed through me.

"Possessive of me?" Aspen laughed through his clear lust.

"You wish."
