Ch.4 biology more like chemistry

I had a few other classes, but everything was basically the same as last year, so we just learned the new classes, peoples names and talked about stupid stuff we would be doing this year.

I had biology next and walked into the classroom. Dustin Tristan and Jenna weren't in this class so I was in luck, but there was plenty of other people who picked on me in here too but it was better than some of my other classes.

The teacher started pairing up lab partners and showing them where they would sit.

The teacher finally called my name. "Savannah Linden with.... Ryan Merrill" she called out. My mouth formed an O shape when she said that. Was she literally trying to ruin my life right now?

Ryan was basically the most popular kid in this entire grade. He looked at me, shrugged and then took his seat while I was still frozen. I finally built up the courage to sit next to him and placed my things on the desk. He was gorgeous how I can't lie but I mean I of all people am probably going to be bullied by this one too in a matter of weeks.

I kept my head down most of the class. The teacher passes out a form we had to get signed and then I dropped mine... Look at me being a klutz same crap as always. I bent down to get my paper, but Ryan did the same and then our fingers like barely touched like in the movies you know.

Anyway he grabbed the paper and handed it to me and smiled. "Savannah right?" He asked I nodded, half surprised he did know who I was, not that he would know because I'm popular, but because I'm the exact opposite like the school super geek.

I smiled when he did that it gave me hope that maybe everyone didn't see me the way I saw myself.
