Ch.29 Mel

It was a Thursday night and I was sitting in my room alone deciding wether or not to call Ryan. Ever since Monday he has been acting really shady talking with Cameron and his friend he even got in a fight with him and has been acting extremely weird around me. The thing about all of this is that Ryan is the one thing in this planet keeping me from doing ....the things i did before I always want to and i have even tried to buy blades since Ryan took my old ones but I can't I won't.
I look down at my phone which was ringing and answer it without checking to see who it was. "Hello?" I say waiting for a response. "Hey it's Cam can I come over?" He asks. "Ya ok" I say no hang up only to find him at my door a few minutes later.
"Excited for tomorrow?" He asks referring to the party. I nod and he steps into the house. We go up to my room and sit down on my floor as I play some music. We end up talking about the party and who wil be there what to wear who to hang out with and I already feel closer to Cameron I can't imagine why Ryan doesn't want me around him. In the middle of his sentence my phone begins to ring and I apologize before picking it up. "Hey Sav" I hear Ryan say on the other line making me sigh. "Hey Ryan" I say nervously. "Umm I just missed your voice I guess uhh sorry bye" he said before hanging up. Weird he's just uhg,weird. "Everything ok with you two?" Cam asks. "No he's been extremely weird since I got out of the hospital" I say sighing and rubbing the back of my neck. His eyes widen as if he was realizing something but then quickly looks away, he know something I can tell. "What?" I ask furrowing my eyebrows. "Nothing I just re breed I had uh a paper due soon and completely forgot" he said. He was obviously lying but I decided not to pry. Hopefully Ryan will tell me.
Cam left soon after Ryan called and I collapsed onto my bed trying to explain to my self any thing that Ryan could be hiding from me. But why? We seemed to be fine but now, now I'm not to sure. I decided to put my hair up in a bun making sure it was neat and decided on a pair of jeans and a white long sleeve shirt with a small black and blue pattern on it. I wore a soft pair of boots and threw a classy jacket over my shirt. I grabbed my bag and phone and started walking outside. To my surprise Ryan wasn't there. I sighed and returned inside.
I didn't have a ride since my dad was gone so I changed into a heavier coat and closed the front door before walking down the freezing streets to the school. I could see my own breath as I walked and shivered as I made my way into the courtyard. Once I got in the school I found my locker and took off my jacket hanging it neatly in the hook and grabbing my things for my next three classes. "Hey Sav" I heard someone say form behind me who I instantly recognized as Cameron. "Hey" I responded and soon we were walking to class together.
I went through almost the whole day not seeing Ryan by the time I was in biology he wasn't even there and showed up ten minutes late and silently sat next to me not uttering a single word. "What's wrong babe?" I asked. "Nothing" he said sighing and I looked down to my paper. What could have possibly happened to make him act like this? He quickly made up for it by placing a sweet kiss on my cheek and by the time the bell rang he was gone.
Once I was home after a lonely day at school I found a short dress that was strapless and went to the middle of my things and put it on. It was simple and classic and I wore some medium height red heels with it. I curled my hair letting the small curls bounce below my shoulders. I did some makeup a little more than usual but not to heavy before I finally decided to go with my outfit and walked outside since Cameron was picking me up.
"You look stunning" he said once I stepped into the car. I thanked him and soon we were outside a very large house with music blasting. I didn't see Cameron anywhere and he ditched me as soon as he was inside the house. I made my way through sweaty body's until I found a kitchen and was handed a red cup with dark liquid in it. I knew I would regret it but took a swig of the burning substance as it inched its way down my throat. I nearly gagged and placed it on a table before finding someone I knew. I didn't recognize most of the people there and sighed leaning against a table. "Hi" a very beautiful girl about my height said i front of me. "We got to the same school I'm Mel" she said smiling. "Oh hi I'm Savannah" I replied returning her warm smile. I guy walked up to her whispering something in her ear and handing her and me cups. The liquid was white this time and I chugged down half of it. "Let's dance!" She said pulling me into the crowd and I went with the moment dancing with her I probably looked horrible but I was having so much fun I didn't care.
