Savannah's POV
I woke up in Sebastian's bed. As I sat up, the sun was setting and I realized I had slept for hours. It was probably because of how emotionally drained I was. I felt rejuvenated and looked around Sebastian. I couldn't find him and my eyes stumbled upon a note folded neatly on the nightstand.

Savannah,

I left for work at Dave's Mechanics. I should be off at nine and be home by nine thirty. There's a sandwich for you in the fridge. Remember, don't answer the door for strangers and please don't burn the place down. Make sure to go to bed by nine. We have school tomorrow and I don't want you tired. With all the chaos that recently happened, I failed to mention I had grabbed your backpack from when Justin had... Well, you remember... It's in the corner in the living room waiting for you, along with your suitcases. Be safe please.

I blushed at his words. No one had asked me to be safe before. No one had ever worried. I felt my heart beat faster as I gripped the note in my hands. I shook the feelings away and went into the living room to look for my backpack. When I found it, I immediately opened it and to my surprise Winnie was still in there. Tears started falling as I picked him up and cuddled him tightly.

"I'm so sorry Winnie! I didn't mean to leave you behind. I pinky promise to protect you from now on. Just like how Sebastian protects me! I'll kick all da meanies butts," I told him as I cling to him tighter.

I picked him up and we made our way to the fridge. I opened it up and giggled happily as I saw the sandwich. "We don't usually get to eat food. Huh Winnie? Sebastian is da bestest."

I picked up and put it on the table as I sat down and started eating. It was peanut butter and jelly. My favorite! When I was done eating, I felt myself getting tired again and I remembered what Sebastian said about going to bed early. I got a pillow and blanket and made my way to the couch. I'm glad Sebastian agreed to let me sleep on the couch. I would've felt bad if I took the bed. I popped my thumb in my felt and felt my self regressing. I smiled and cuddled Winnie tightly and went off into dreamland.

"Savannahhhh, come here princess. Daddy wants to play with his precious little girl. I need you to make me feel good just like Mommy did," my father said, reaching for me with his claws.

I screamed and tried to run away but he grabbed me and tossed me onto the bed. He transformed into a black shadow figure with pointy teeth. The figure said, "Your mine! I'll never let you escape me again!".

I woke up screaming with tears running down my face and Sebastian shaking me. He looked at me worried and asked, "Savannah? Are you okay? You were screaming in your sleep when I got home. Are you okay love bug? What happened? Are you hurt anywhere?".

I breathed slowly and regained control of myself. I quivered my lip and hugged him tightly and whispered, "Me had a bad bad dream. He was there... He was gon touch me".
