Savannah's POV
Gabriel showed up the next morning, much to Sebastian's dismay. His mother let me borrow her phone and smirked when she saw Sebastian glaring from across the room. Gabriel showed up in a shiny black Porsche and rolled his window down to smile at me.My jaw dropped down when I saw his car but I got my stuff and went to walk towards it. Sebastian grabbed my arm and yanked me back towards him. He glared at Gabriel while Gabriel smirked at him. Sebastian leaned down and kissed me fiercely, never breaking his gaze from Gabriel.
When he was done, I frowned up at him, "You can't kiss me to mark your territory. I'm not an object."
Sebastian looked down at me and tucked a piece of hair behind my ear, "I was just kissing you, so he wouldn't get any ideas. I know you're not an object, love."
I sighed as I shook my head and walked to the car. Gabriel opened the door from the inside for me and flashed a smirky smile towards Sebastian. Next thing I knew, Gabriel drove us away, leaving behind Sebastian and his smiling mother.
While driving, he mostly kept his eyes on me while keeping the wheel steady. He a questioning look on his face that prompted me to ask him, "What is it? Why do you keep staring at me?".
"I was just wondering about something. If your 'boyfriend' worried about you so much, why hasn't he gotten your phone yet?".
I quickly got defensive and snapped at Gabriel, "He's tried. I won't let him. I already mooch off Sebastian enough. I don't need to make things harder for him by giving him another bill."
Gabriel raised an eyebrow at me and said, "No need to get angry. I was just curious. However, I do have one more question."
I sighed and looked at him, "What? What is it?"
"If you wouldn't let him get you a phone, would you let me get you a phone?" He pondered.
My mouth shot open in surprise, "No way."
"Why not? It wouldn't be a gift or anything of that sort. There would be a catch."
I looked at him with suspicious eyes, "What catch?".
"It's in English. I'm struggling a bit, and I can't help but notice you get a lot of A's. What if in exchange for a phone and some extra cash, you tutor me for English three times a week?" He asked with playful eyes.
I stared at him trying to figure out his ulterior motive but found nothing. The extra cash would be nice. I could finally help contribute to Sebastian and not feel so selfish all the time. "Include rides to and from school every day, and you got yourself a deal."
Gabriel smiled and pulled out his hand to shake mine, "Sounds perfect to me. Deal."
I shook his hand to make it official and smiled back at him. He gripped my hand a little too long for my comfort but let me pull away before focusing back on the road.
The school was easy and went by in a flash. All of my classes were beginning to get repetitive and I found myself staring out the window, daydreaming of Sebastian and wondering how it was going for him.
I met Gabriel outside in the parking lot after all my classes were over. The first tutor session for Gabriel would be tomorrow, but first, he was going to get me a phone from the Apple store. We got out of the car and I was still in shock by where we were at. I had assumed that I was just going to get a used flip phone, but it had appeared yet again that Gabriel had managed to surprise me.
