it grips me."

Savannah POV
My eyes opened up to a bright unfamiliar room. The sheets smelled clean and felt soft. This unfamiliar room should have worried me but it didn't. I felt safe.I sat up and cheeks flared as I realized my chest was bare. But I was covered up with bandages, so nothing was exposed. I looked around and see white walls. The bed that I was on was modern with a grey headboard. It had two nightstands beside it with grey potted plants. There was a single white dresser with a single white desk. The room had a minimalistic feel to it. It felt simple and open. I looked in the corner and saw Sebastian sitting in a grey chair.
He was sleeping. I got out of the bed and tiptoed to look for my shirt. I needed to leave before he woke up and bombarded me with questions or tried to make me do things with him. I needed to get home before Dad would get angry and beat me.
I had managed to get my shirt on when suddenly Sebastian startled me with his voice, "Where are you going?".
My voice was shaking as I responded, "H-home...".
"Look, I saw your back... I know that Justin didn't do that to you. Are you sure going home is the safest option?" He asked with a worried look on his face.
"Going home is my only option," I said with an exasperated sigh.
"And why is that?" He tested.
"You wouldn't understand... Nobody does," I said. I wasn't about to explain my sob story to someone who would just report and nothing would happen and Dad would become angry.
"Try me," He pushed.
"Why should I? You'd probably just report me and then I'd be in an even worse situation," I said.
"If I was going to report you, don't you think I would've done it already? I think if I was going to, I would've done it right there and then when I saw you bleeding on the concrete. I wouldn't have carried you four blocks to my apartment and fixed you up. You can trust me Savannah. I'm not going to do anything you don't want me," He said. I could see the sincerity in his eyes and the way he looked, he wasn't about to let me walk out that door.
I gave up and I decided that whatever happened, happened. I would just deal with it as it came. "As you probably know, Jasmine left. She left and with her gone, I became a mess. I mean she was my first love... With her gone, I don't feel whole," I mumbled gazing off to the distance.
Sebastian gently put his arm on my shoulder to bring me back and I looked at him with his tender, caring eyes. I coughed and carried on, "Anyways, with Jasmine gone, Justin has found no obstacle in his way to beat me. But that's not that bad... He's nothing compared to Dad...".
Sebastian's eyes went dark as he asked, "And what does your dad do?".
"He beats me," I say biting my lip.
"And what else?" Sebastian presses on, his knuckles turning white from gripping the chair hard.
"H..he...".
He gets up and sits next to me. He grabs my shoulder and makes me look at him.
"Savannah, I need you to tell me. I want to protect you but I can't if I don't know what he does. I promise not to report you, if you don't want me to. But I just need you to tell me what is going on, okay?".
I took a deep breath and nodded my head.
"H... He touches me..." I whispered holding my breath in.
I saw his hand form into a fist. He bit his lip and his breathing became hard. He sat there for a couple minutes trying to calm down. I cautiously got up and made my way towards the chair where he was sat. With trembling hands, I touched his cheek.
"S-Sebastian?" I asked him barely getting out a whisper.
"I've decided. You're not going home," he said.
"W-what?" I asked.
"I'm going to your father's house and taking you away. I'm going to protect you."
