They only just made it to Klaus' four poster bed before their clothes were discarded onto the vintage carpet.

If it wasn't for the fact that he couldn't harm her in any way, Madeline knew there would be finger shaped bruises littering her hips and thighs, as he took her from behind. She had to bite down on the pillow as she buried her face into it to prevent her screams from terrorising anyone within earshot.

Madeline was almost at her climax, the telltale signs of her shaking legs and tingling toes, and her quick gasps had her begging for release... however, Klaus pulled out of her, and flipped her onto her back.

He hovered over her, teasing her quivering body with his panting kisses, and hot tongue. But he was frustrating her by not being where she wanted him.

She pushed against his damp chest, and once he was on his back she threw her leg over his lap and straddled him. Klaus pushed himself up the bed, so that he was resting his back up against the headboard, their chests flush with one another's.

"I think my anger is neutralising." He murmured, breathless, as he looked deep into her hazel eyes. He tucked a lock of her sweaty hair behind her ear before pressing his lips against hers.

Madeline ran her hands up his chest, as she lowered herself on top of his length and moaned into his mouth. The brunette rocked her hips against his as their tongues slid over one another's, and his hands snaked down her back to grasp her hips - helping her body move lithely against him.

Their magenta hazed gaze, and the bond they had only increased the pleasure they received from one another. Klaus's lips, tongue, fingers, and the sweet nothings he whispered into her ear sent Madeline into a frenzy; his touch was like fire, and she craved to be burned.

They came together, the human clenching tightly around the Hybrid as they moaned in pure bliss at reaching cloud nine. Madeline released her vice-like grip on Klaus's shoulders and rest her forehead against his as she closed her eyes and panted.

He kissed her temple, her cheek, her neck, before peppering her lips with his love, but was suddenly left disappointed and confused when she climbed off of him and began picking up her clothes.

"You're leaving me in bed, again?"

"Yeah, I have things to do." She replied, shimmying into her knickers and clasping on her bra. "I'm still angry."

Klaus sighed, and rested his head back against the headboard, "Why do you need to go to the Bayou?"

"Hayley is out looking for her parents." She replied, "Someone," She glared at Klaus, "Has probably sent her on a wild goose chase."

"I saw the birthmark on her arm." He replied, "I've seen it before. Here. In New Orleans."

She finished getting dressed quickly, and zipped up her jeans, "Well, I'm off."

"What?"

She looked at him from over her shoulder, "I need to find Hayley. I haven't heard from her in over three hours."

Klaus propped himself up on his elbow and watched her grab her phone, "The Bayou is dangerous. You're not going there."

She ignored him as she dialled Hayley's number, and the worry for her friend only increased when she reached her voicemail for the eighth time.

"I am going." She snapped, getting to her feet. "Hayley was supposed to check in with me-"

"-And what is a pregnant human going to do, when faced with a pack of werewolves during a full moon?"

"It's a full moon?"

"Your friend will be fine." He reassured her, "I will take you to the bayou tomorrow, if you haven't heard from your friend. For now, however, we have important things to discuss. Like: how my 'swimmers have suddenly started jumping off of the driving board', as you so gracefully put it."

She ran a hand through her hair before she took a seat on the edge of the bed.

"I'm still not convinced that you haven't found a loophole in this 'unable to lie to me'." He snapped, "Vampires cannot procreate." He waved a hand in the air, "If that is false, then we could all have many bastards out there, that we don't know about."

"Maybe it's something to do with this Promised One-thing?"

"You're asking me, as if I know."

"Its a guess, Klaus. You know more about the supernatural than I do." She scoffed, "Your mother was a witch, you were born a werewolf and you were turned into a vampire, after all. I am still only a puny human, who was told that my anorexia had the potential to make me infertile." She looked up at him, a tucked her damp, sweaty hair behind her ear. "It's a shock to me as well, Klaus. And in regards to this loophole that you keep going on about? Since I first met you, in Alaric's body, I have not slept with anyone besides you. Is this baby yours? Yes. If there are loopholes in that, please let me know, because after being cheated on by Sam - I would never do that to someone else."

He gently cupped her face between his deadly hands, and looked deep into her eyes, "I am sorry, for what I said to you." He pressed his lips to hers tenderly, sweetly.

Madeline played with his necklace that she still wore around her neck, before removing it and returning it to the Hybrid. She allowed the thin leather to run through her fingers as she settled it around his neck, and pressed her lips to his stubbled jaw.

"I am so in love with you, Klaus Mikaelson."

"And I will love you, until the end of my days." He replied, his voice a deep whisper. "Will you allow me to escort you around the mansion?"

She laughed then, "I think I managed to catch a glimpse of the doorstep, before I found myself in your bed."

"How rude of me," He grinned, dressing himself in a flash before he held out his hand towards her. "Where are my manners?"
