Author's note: please comment on this chapter. And I want you all to read this story if you have time. It's called "Trying to fix in" and don't question the title.

Scarlet woke up and the first thing she saw was Ethan and Lucy tied up to some poles. There were a few scratches on them, but nothing really major. Not a lot of blood either, with was good.

They, along with her, were tied up with Magicae resistentia. Both their hands and feet were tied.

The next thing she noticed was that they were in a cell. It was really dusty in the cell. And they were blocked by metal bars. No way out, Scarlet thought.

The thrid thing she noticed was she too was tied up. She was tied to on of the metal bars with her hands out in the hall way.

The last thing she notcied was Gray motionless in the corner of the cell. He didn't look like he was breathing at all, which worried Scarlet. His head was facing the wall so she couldn't tell if he was alive or not, but it didn't look like it.

She tried to get up, but the rope tied around her wrists and the bar wasn't bugging anytime soon. She struggled to get free, but it was useless.

Gray wasn't tied up at all. Either they don't see him as a threat or they ran out of ropes to tie them up. There was another reason why he wasn't tied up, but Scarlet would rather not think it.

She grabbed a rock and threw it at Gray. It was a very weak throw, but considering her situation, you really can't blame her.

It hit Gray in the chest. He didn't react so she threw another one. This time it hit his cheek. She threw another one and it hit his eyelid.

He stirred and opened his eyes. Grumbling he said, "what was that for?"

"Oh thank god," Scarlet said. She put her head back against the bars.

He looked around and whispered, "keep you voice down."

"Why?"

"Shh, they don't know that I am actually alive."

"What?" Lucy apparently woke up along with Ethan.

He sighed. He was about to say Simon tried to strangle him, but he didn't think it was the time to say. So he did a little white lie, "well, someone strangled me."

"And you lived?" Ethan asked.

"Yes, because they walked away before I actually died. And not to mention I sorta played dead," they looked at him with a mix of confused, surprised, and worried. He shrugged, "it wasn't the first time I played dead." Now they gave him a horrified look. He sighed with a slight smile, "I will explain it later."

"Alright," Ethan and Lucy said in unison.

"Oh and if anyone comes here, don't mention me and there is someone you guys don't know. His name is Trevor and there is one thing you need to know. He-" Gray was cut off by foot steps echoing down the hallway. Gray spoke fast. "Don't mention me being alive or you will die, not by me, possibly," Gray threatened. He rested his head against the wall and closed his eyes. Returning to his previous position.

Someone appeared in their sights. He wasn't anyone who they knew, but he had black hair and red eyes.

He smiled, "hello, I know I haven't properly introduced myself the last few times we meet. So now will be a good time for all of you, yes?" He didn't wait for an answer, "my name is Trevor. As you guys can probably guess, I am the one who killed Gray's mom."

"You bastard," Ethan yelled. He tried to get up, but failed.

I don't know what Gray was going to tell us, but I am almost sure that was it, Scarlet thought as she stared at Trevor, horrified.
