Author's note: Alright people, I am still decided if I should do this or not, but I am gonna make a second book (that I know for sure) but I think I am gonna make it before Lucy knew about the other world. Just with Gray, Scarlet, and Ethan and they go on a mission, before Gray and Scarlet become really close. What do you think? Or is that a stupid idea? You tell me in the comments! Although there will probably only be one person who responds to this. And I am ever thankful that she reads these author's notes... I am hoping that at least some other people will comment. Some part of me thinks it's a lost cause, but I am still gonna see! If you have any other ideas, maybe even better ideas, what the second book should be about, I am all ears. And with that I will let you read this weeks chapter.

Jason smiled, "very good. I knew you could do it!"

"We actually did nothing," Ethan said, "Gray did it all."

Gray rolled his eyes and muttered, "shut up Ethan."

"Well, I wanted to see if you guys would actually trust Gray to lead you out of there, safe and sound."

"Why?" Gray raised an eyebrow.

"Because I needed to see if you were really trustworthy."

"Again. Why?"

Jason sighed. He was about to start to explain when his phone rang.

"Oh that must be Emma, River take over," Jason said as he walked away.

Gray was confused now. Tommy and him had been gone for days. So where did Emma think they were. Then a cold chill went down his spine. He thought, oh God, please tell me she is not talkimg care of Abby and Ashley. If she is, oh I will-

"Anyways," River spoke, pulling Gray out of his thoughts, "the game really isn't over yet."

"Game?" Ethan asked.

"Ethan," Gray snapped, "shut the fuck up."

River sighed, but continued, "we still have one more test. And if you pass your deaths will be quick and painless." He turned to Taylor, "could you explain the rules, I am afraid I don't have them memorized."

Taylor nodded and stepped forward. River slipped out of the room, unnoticed by everyone, except for Gray.

"Okay, Trevor wanted to just kill you guys at first, but I thought that would be quite boring. So we are gonna play a game."

Gray interrupted, "you sound like the person fron Saw, just without asking the people 'do you want to play a game?' But you are giving us no choose, so in some ways you are like him, whatever his name is."

"Be quiet." She snapped. Gray just smiled, satisfied with her reaction. "Now, before we really get started playing the game, I am going to explain a few rules. You all see that little blue light over there," she pointed to a small blue flame in the corner of the room. "That flame will get bigger and bigger, until finally it engulfs all of you into ashes. The only way to stop it, is to put it out. But you can only do that if you have something that could potentially put it out. So everyone is good on the way this game is played? Good," she didn't wait for a response, "now that was the second part of the game, the first part will be fighting. You guys get to pick who you fight among The Black Rats. But really you should choose wisely."

She stepped back and Jason came back up. He said, "you know your step-mom is bitch sometimes."

Gray rolled his eyes, "could you have thought that before you married her?"

"There was a reason why I married Emma."

Gray raised an eyebrow, "and are you going to tell me that reason?"
