Gray picked up the phone to call Lucy. While the phone was ringing, he messed with a piece of paper on the coffee table. After the second ring, she finally picked up.

Scarlet was sitting on the floor of the living room, entertaining Ashley and Abby. Tommy was playing a game on the Xbox in the living room, Call of Duty Black Ops 2.

"Hello?" A voice rang through the phone.

"Hello, who is this?" Gray asked, not recognizing the voice.

"Lucy's grandma, who is this?"

"Gray."

"Gray?"

"Yeah. Now can I-"

"Wait, who is this?"

"This is Gray. The same person two seconds ago," Gray muttered the last part.

He sighed, taking the phone a little ways away from his face, "damn it, sometimes I hate Lucy's grandma."

"Is she over?"

"Nope, I just called her grandma's house to see if I can speck to Lucy," Gray said, sarcastically. Scarlet rolled her eyes and returned back to entertaining the kids.

Gray went back to the phone. He spoke clearly and slowly, "this is Gray. I was wondering if I could speck to Lucy?"

"Lucy? Why do you need to talk to her? Do you have a date?"

"Yes, I have a date, but not with your granddaughter," Gray said, annoyed. Scarlet was laughing at him.

"What are you saying my granddaughter is not worth you?"

"That's not what I was saying. Ugh, just hand the fu-" Gray bit his lip, "please just give Lucy the phone."

"Well, why didn't you just say so," Lucy's grandma handed the phone to Lucy.

Gray clenched his teeth.

"What's worng?" Scarlet laughed.

"I hate old people," Gray muttered.

"Gray?" Lucy asked.

"Oh, hey."

"Were you about to cuss out my grandma?"

"Uh...maybe. But that doesn't matter, Scarlet and I are gonna go on a date tonight. So I was wondering if you could do us a huge favor."

"I have a pretty clear idea of where this is going, but go on."

Gray smiled, "could you watch our sisters and brothers?"

He heard Lucy sigh, "yeah, what time?"

"Hold on," he looked at Scarlet, "what time?"

"I dunno," Scarlet said.

"I am the one planning out the date, you could at least tell me what time you wanna go."

"Fine, 6."

Gray smiled, "thank you." He returned back to Lucy, "what about 6?"

"That's fine. But on one condition, you don't skip out on us all going shopping."

Gray sighed, "fine."

"See ya."

"Yeah, yeah." Gray hung up and put the phone down. He looked at Tommy, "put it on two player."

"No, get lost."

Gray sighed and smiled, "fine. I will just go to make some more plans."

Gray got up and walked into the other room. He began to plan the date for tonight.
