"So I seen you two are now buddy buddy," Lucy commented when she say Gray and Scarlet talking.
"Sure," Gray muttered. He still hasn't moved from the position that was supposed to be his dead position.
"Umm....hey here's a great idea," Ethan said, "why don't you get up and cut these ropes."
"Don't you think I would have done that before?" Gray asked irritable.
"Not really, sometimes the most obvious things are hidden when you are in these kinds of situations," Lucy said.
"Lucy don't act wise, it doesn't suit you," Gray said, "and when they came in to take the ropes of my wrists and feet, they put something in my arm. Just in case I somehow woke up. But I can't move a lot, if I do, the thing in my arm will send little shock ways to the computer system, alerting them that I am really not dead. And once they are alerted, they will press a button or something to get the little chip thing to send electricity through me and find its way to the heart and essentially kill me."
"For someone who doesn't know what it is you sure do know a lot about it," Scarlet sighed.
"Well I forgot what it was called, okay? I remember reading about it at some point, but I forgot what it's called. Only that its really useful to the person who injects you, not for the person being injected. And I don't know about you, but I would actually rather live. I like my life."
"I am ignoring the last comment. How do you know thats what it is?" Ethan asked.
"Well my instincts and because they were also talking about what it does," Gray trailed off.
"Ugh, we are never going to get out of here, are we?" Lucy complained.
"Lucy, hush," Scarlet said. "We will get out of here."
"Yeah, just not our bodies," Gray muttered under his breath.
"Gray! That is not how we are going to think," Ethan snapped.
He shrugged, "you all were thinking the same thing, so don't even go there."
They all went silent and Gray just nodded.
Scarlet spoke up in a quiet, low voice, "just because everyone was thinking it doesn't mean you really need to say it."
He just shrugged again and saying, "eh."
They heard foot steps from down the hallway. Finally Trevor appeared, smiling.
"I have brought you food," he slid four plates under the cell's door. "Someone will come down here and tie you up, Gray. So you can eat. Master's orders."
He walked away. Once the foot steps faded, Scarlet reached over to the plates with her foot. Bring one of the four plates toward her.
She starred at the plate and sighed, "well this is really inconvenient."
"At least you can move somewhat," Gray pointed out.
"Well you can," Scarlet said cheerfully, "but you could end up dead."
"You are cold," Gray sighed.
"Said the cold hearted bastard," Lucy laughed.
"Hey I am not cold hearted."
"Sure thats what they all say."
"Go fuck yourself with a cactus," Gray muttered.
"One, she really can't because you know we are all sorta trapped down here. And two that was really uncalled for," Scarlet said.
