Scarlet walked up to Gray's house. Faith had dropped Tommy, Abby, and Ashley off a while ago. Ethan and Lucy walked beside her.
"So what are we doing?" Ethan asked.
"Well, we are gonna hang out with Gray. I mean," Lucy said, "we are his friends and we are bored."
"Not to mention, he did say if we wanted to talk, to come down his house," Scarlet added.
She opened the door and a gush of warm air flew out of the house. They smelt something burning. Scarlet walked in the house and saw smoke coming from the kitchen.
They all ran in there and saw something burning in the oven. Ethan quickly took it out. They stared at it for a few minutes, trying to figure out what it was.
"What is that even suppose to be?" Lucy asked, disgusted.
"I have no idea," Ethan answered.
Scarlet looked around, then she heard shouts from up stairs. She motioned for them to follow. They did. They went up stairs and into the attic.
Gray was sitting on his couch with Tommy beside him. Abby and Ashley was playing on the floor. The boys looked like they were playing Mario kart.
Scarlet knocked, "hello?"
Gray didn't turn around, "sorry hold on, be with you in a minture. I am about to kick Tommy's ass at this."
"As if." Tommy snapped.
"Says they person in last place."
"Shut up, its not my fault you threw a boom at me."
"Yeah it kinda was your fault."
"I would like to hear your explanation on that, if you don't mind."
"It is because you stole first place from me. So my instincts kicked in. You should know better."
"Know what?"
"Oh you know, stealing my first place. No one steals my first place."
"Whatever."
They continued to play intensely. Scarlet rolled her eyes. She walked in and sat down on Gray's lap. He moved so he could see the tv. Scarlet leaned back against Gray's chest, he smirked. Gray put his chin on Scarlet's shoulder so he could see better. Lucy began play on with Abby and Ashley. Ethan was cheering in the background.
"What the fuck are you doing Ethan?" Gray asked.
"Cheering Tommy on. To kick your ass!" Ethan shouted.
"Yeah, no." Gray past the finish line. He smiled. "First place again, little bro."
"Oh shut up," Tommy snapped. Him and Bowser was going for tenth place. "I will not get tenth, I will not. I won't get-" he past the finish line in tenth. "I guess I'm getting tenth." Tommy threw the controller on the floor.
"Hey yo, be careful. I mean honestly Tommy. This is why we can't have nice things. Because you throw them on the floor," Gray complained.
"Gray?" Scarlet got his attention.
He turned to face her, "yes? What is it, Scarlet?"
"Your...ummm...I am not sure what it was, but whatever you were cooking, it got brunt."
"Shit," Gray said. He leaned back and stared at the tv. "Well there goes dinner."
Scarlet laughed, "what was it suppose to be?"
"Uh...ham."
"Ham? Seriously?"
"Yeah," he pointed to the kids on the floor, "they wanted it."
