some balloons just won't pop.
as hard as you may try, the balloon holds on tightly and keeps its hair inside.
it could be that you're too weak or else not exerting enough effort.
maybe you don't want the balloon to pop.
if the balloon pops, all you're left with is a useless piece of rubber, and what good is that?
