Chapter 5: Back Home

It was hard to get Roman to believe that I didn't have the code, but Rias pulled it off for me.

Guess we got lucky because after Roman learned about that, he just threw us out.

Romans men gave up that day and retreated from the bank.

We ended up having to walk back to Beacon, but when we got to the courtyard, Ozpin was out there, and when he saw us, his face went to shock.

Ozpin: You two made it out? We were just getting ready to send Izaiah and some police your way. Actually, where were you even?

I looked at Riley and he kind of knew exactly what I was thinking.

Me: We dont know. They dropped us off in the middle of the city after we convinced them that were useless.

Ozpin: You know, I expected some sort of great escape plan story, but convincing the enemy that your useless? Thats a new one. You two head back to your dorms because I'm sure your very tired. Ill get all the paperwork done.

We headed back to the room and when we entered, Izaiah was in there and his face was priceless.

Izaiah: Wait. What? How? What even?

Riley: We got out. Thats all I'm gonna say.

Izaiah: How, might I ask?

Riley: In short, we conviced them that we didn't have the vault code.

Izaiah: Now how did you pull that off?

Riley: Ask Wolfgang. He did it.

Izaiah looked at me.

I just backed up.

Then Riley looked at me suspiciously.

Riley: Wolfgang?

Me: I didn't do anything. Romans sister took me in for a talk and I managed to get her to see my way!

Riley: Thats a lie and I know it.

Then Izaiah made a face.

Izaiah: Wait... Dont tell me... Did you... Did you have sex with Rias Torchwick!?

I backed up again.

Me: No...

Riley facepalmed

Riley: While I'm glad it got us out of there, what the fuck?

Me: She made me! And I'm not afriad to admit that I had fun doing it with her.

Izaiah: So your dating a criminal?

Me: No no. Its just a hookup thing. I think.

Riley: So you have a bitch now, eh?

Me: Two actually.

Riley just facepalmed again.

Riley: No wonder you seem less stressed.

Me: They took a serious load off me honestly.

Riley: Hey Izaiah? Can we get a meal down at the cafeteria? Those guys didn't even feed us.

Izaiah: Was wondering when you were gonna ask that. C'mon. Lets go.

He led us down to the cafeteria.

When I entered, someone capled out to me.

Student: Hey! Its the huntress killer!

I growled and Riley almost had to hold me back.

I eventually stopped.

When we got our meals and sat down, Izaiah just sighed.
