V2C1: Infiltration

Summer break.

The best time in the whole year.

Well, sometimes.

When school ended, I went to my uncle Qrows place so I could continue my training.

He was gone for most of the time, but when he was here, he trained me as best as he could.

The new teammate, Zak, is coming along pretty well.

We needed a faster, more agile member of the team.

I just learned the Ruby was moved ahead to Beacon.

At fifteen years of age!

Im proud of her.

I also got the money from the tournament win.

Now I'm arriving at Beacon.

The airship stopped and the staff took my bags to my room.

I walked upon the courtyard while looking at the academy.

Then I almost tripped upon something.

I looked down and saw there was an explosion crater in the ground.

Me: The hell happend here?

I decided it was a weapon malfunction and continued on.

I thought we had about two hours until we had to go to orientation, so I went to walk around.

I found myself walking by one of the lakes.

Then I heard someone talking.

Student: Do you think they've got a directory?

Someones lost.

I laughed to myself.

I looked around and saw the kid who said that.

He was some clueless looking blonde kid.

Then I realized he was walking by Ruby!

I went up behind them and thought about how to take this on.

I went up beside Ruby, where she wasnt looking

I smirked

Blonde: Hey Ruby? Whos that?

Ruby: Hmm?

She turned around and jumped in fright.

Then she jumped on me with a hug.

Ruby: Wolfgaaaaaaaaang! Hi!

I hugged her back.

Me: Hey Rubes! How my sister doing?

Ruby: Good! Great!

She got back down and smiled.

Me: Aw I'm so proud of you! Skipping two years? I wish I could've done that!

Ruby looked at the Blonde kid.

Ruby: This is Jaune! He's my... Friend...

I looked down on him.

Then back at Ruby.

Me: If this is your boyfriend, your standards are lower than I last remembered.

Ruby: Ouch.

Even his face said that hurt him.

Good.

Teach him to stay away from my sister if he's into her like that.

We started walking down the path to the audiotorium.

Me: So where is Yang?

Ruby: She's off hanging with her friends.
