"Welcome home." Stoick said, closing the door behind him.

                          
"Why thank you. Glad to be home." I replied, staring at the firepit.

                          
"Why didn't you come back?" Stoick asked after awhile. 

                          
"Stoick,"

                          
"Valka, why didn't you return?"

                          
"I didn't want to hurt Hiccup. I didn't want to hurt you. Or Berk. Trust me, I wanted to return, but I knew it would be better if I stayed." I told him.

                          
"You could've at least visited." Stoick smirked.

                          
I rolled my eyes with a smile.

                          
"This is a visit." I said.

                          
"No, this is a change." Stoick said, taking my hand in his.
