CHAPTER 10: Interview

MINA'S POV

Today is new day and I can sense that we are approaching our 2 weeks break. Our schedules aren't that loaded every time that we are approaching our breaks. I'm really happy that we still get to have freedom despite for our busy schedules. That's also a big thanks to our company for allowing us to have a leisure time and to let us enjoy our life from a very hectic industry.

" Minarii, you ready?" Sana asked me.

Sana and I were both going to a radio interview while some members are on a variety show filming and some will just be chilling here because their schedule would probably be tomorrow.

"Ne." I answered

"Okay then. Let's go. The car's waiting"

Everytime that there's an interview I always wanted to be visible and never tell something that is not true because JYP Pd-nim taught us to do so. Kidding. But seriously, I don't really feel comfortable in an interview if I knew that I'll be answering things differently and is very far from my perception.

After half an hour, we arrived at the radio station to do our interview. When we first had our interview it was really nerve-wracking knowing that four of us are from foreign countries and we do not speak Korean fluently. I always stutter every time that I speak considering that I'm nervous but then years past and I'm used to it.

"Girls, get ready to enter the studio. In 2 minutes the DJ will introduce you. Arasso?" the lady producer explained.

"Okay. Kamsahamnida" Sana and I answered in unison.

We entered the studio and wear our headphones individually and correct the position of the micro piece.

"This is really a wonderful day our dear listeners. Today we do have two very special guests from multi-awarded, goddesses, top-charting girl group. Twice Sana and Mina." The DJ introduced and gives us a thumbs-up.

"Okay. Sana, Mina please do greet our listeners" he added.

"Annyeong haseyo, yeorobeun. Twice Mina-imnida"

"Annyeong haseyo. Twice shy shy shy Sana-imnida" Sana greets while doing her aegyo.

"Kamsahamnida. Sana gives us an early aegyo huh." he complimented.

"Ne. Kamsahamnida" Sana answered.

"Alright so we'll go with our first segment. There's a lot of your fans messaging us right now and we let them asks you several questions so you'll be answering them." He explained.

"As you can see, the screen in front of you will show all the questions that your fans have sent. Okay?" he added while pointing to the monitor.

"Ne." we both answered.

"Okay. Mina first"

I read the question on the very top.

: Mina-unnie, do you like cute girls? I'm your cute fan :)

I giggled after reading the question and answered immediately.

"Ne. I like cute girls. They have a capability to cheer you up when you're feeling down by just using their cuteness" I answered and smiled.

"Okay. Thank you."

: When you're watching romantic movie do you tend to be attracted with men based on their character?

Sana reads the question from the monitor and looked up.

"I really love watching movies but to be honest I tend to be more attracted with women most especially if they are portraying a very cool character"

I giggled as Sana answered the question seriously. She probably saying the truth since every time that we do a movie marathon she always praises the main girl character.

The interview lasts for half an hour, we answered bunches of question from fans and questions from the commentator himself. It turns out great and a lot of fans are also congratulating us with our recent Daesang win.

"Yeorobeun, Kamsahamnida for listening. Please do always support us and our songs. Saranghaeyo" Sana stated.

"Kamsahamnida for having us here. We really enjoyed answering all the questions and thank you for supporting us in every way that you can. Onceuu gumawoo, saranghaeyo" I said and stand up to make a bow in front of the DJ.

We both exit from the studio and thank all the staffs for doing such a great job. After talking to the staffs about the interview we immediately headed to the car that will take us back to our dorm.

"Are you going back to Japan right after the announcement of our break?" Sana asked.

"I don't know. I'm not sure yet since it's a two weeks break"

"How about you and Momoring, what are your plans?" I asked

"Momo and I haven't talk about the break yet. I think I'll go right after"

"Okay."

"Do you think others do have a plan about going overseas?" Sana asked.

"I don't know. Let's just ask them later"

"Ne."

Silence filled the car for 2 minutes up until both of our phones beeps shortly indicating that there's a notification.

"Minari, is it from group chat?" Sana asked curiously.

"Ne. It's Jeongyeon"

Jeongyeon sents a picture of our messy dorm's lobby in our group chat. She's in charge of maintaining the cleanliness of our room so she usually gets mad at us and nags a lot every time that she comes home and found out that it's a real mess.

"Ahhh. Jinjja. She's mad for sure"

"Momo, Dahyun and Nayeon are left at our dorm so I'm really expecting it" I stated.

"I received a message from Momo, she said they just left to buy an ice cream at the mart up until they received Jeongyeon's picture message" Sana respond.

After around 15 minutes our car arrives at our dorm. I don't know if I'll set my foot on the ground to enter our dorm. I'm really afraid to see Jeongyeon-unnie's emotionless face. Luckily, as we approach the dorm's door we met Momo, Dahyun and Nayeon while eating their ice cream.

"Jeongyeon be like 'everyone, we'll have a meeting' hahaha" Nayeon jokingly said.

"Yaaa, Nayeon-unnie, hajima. She's mad for sure" Dahyun said.

"Ne. We just left without cleaning up the leftover foods and the trashes" Momo added.

We entered the dorm and there we found out Jeongyeon sitting on the couch wearing an unreadable expression. No one dared to talk including the eldest which is Nayeon-unnie thus the three of them slowly started to clean up their mess.

"Once that everyone's back we'll have a meeting" Jeongyeon said then quickly stands up walking to our room's direction.

"See. I told you" Nayeon whispered. 

We all went to our designated rooms and waits for Jihyo and Tzuyu since we can't even make noise because Jeongyeon's sleeping and we can't bear if she'll be going to be mad for two reasons. I'm also stuck with the decision if I'll be going to send my virtual friend Chaeyoung a message because I'm really bored right now.
