Memories

A/N: Hey guys! I found the kotlc soundtrack on YouTube and really loved it! Being my emotional self, I imagined a sweet Sokeefe scene and ended up crying. Comment if you like it or not. It's right above. Anyways, here's the fifth chapter!

Sophie shivered at the thought of the Neverseen still being out there. She thought of Calla, Kenric, and all the other that were hurt because of them.

"No...It's impossible. I can't deal with that again,"whispered Sophie so quietly that she was almost certain no one could hear her. She forget that she was right besides Keefe. He shot her a worried look but said nothing.

Sad and painful silence filled the room as everyone thought about bad memories.

Dex cleared his throat. "So um... I really don't want to be the one that says what's probably on all of our minds but... That person... I'm almost sure that they're still in the house."

Everyone shifted uncomfortably.

Sophie mind flashed to an old memory.

"Keefe, don't leave."

"Foster, don't you understand? I'm doing this for you."

"No, please-!" She blacked out.

When she woke up, all her friends were standing besides her. "Sophie! You're awake!"

They all asked questions, and Sophie waited to hear Keefe crack one of jokes, but he never did.

"Guys, where's Keefe,"asked Sophie, hoping that it was all a dream.

No one answered. Finally Fitz said: "H-He... left."

"Sophie?"

She shook her mind of old memories. "Yeah?"

"Linh just asked you a question like ten times."said Tam.

"Sorry. What was the question?"

"Should we search the house?"said Linh.

Sophie touched her cheek, still burning from when the stranger had touched her.

"Why do you keep doing that?"asked Fitz.

"Doing what?"replied Sophie. She didn't want to see Elwin today.

"Touching your face and wincing."

"Umm... Because I'm... cold?"answered Sophie awkwardly.

It wasn't exactly a lie. When the green eyed 'visitor' had touched her, it felt like she was pressing an ice cube against Sophie's face. But the ice cube was a lot colder.

"Seriously?" Everyone looked at her with the 'don't lie' look except Keefe, who was fiddling with his tunic, lost in his own thoughts.

"Yeah."said Sophie, trying to act as casual as normal.

"Fine, if you say so,"said Tam, rolling his eyes.

"So back to Linh's question..."prompted Biana.

"Um, maybe we should just go to Havenfield or Dex's place and wait until morning,"said Sophie.

"Fine with me,"said a Dex. "If there's some crazy killer out there I don't want to be sleeping here."

Everyone mumbled their agreement and leaped to Havenfield. To Sophie's surprise, two alicorns were lying down under Calla's tree. (A/N:Let's just say that Silveny isn't pregnant.)

As soon as Silveny saw Sophie, she started transmitting like crazy and ran up to greet her.

SOPHIE! FRIEND! TREATS! KEEFE! KEEFE! KEEFE! GLITTERBUTT! KEEFE! FRIEND!
