"Love like a gun, it leaves me stunned..."

2 months later - February 20 (Robyn's Birthday)

Standing in the mirror applying her lip gloss, Robyn smiled to herself once she was done with her light makeup. A lot had changed in the past 2 months. Robyn reached out to her mother Monica and sparked a wonderful relationship between them, Robyn's body was starting to fill out a bit now, and things with her and Chris were good...or so she thought.

"Happy birthday mommy!" Amani said with a wide smile on her face followed by Chris and Monica. She smiled and placed a kiss on each of their cheeks before blowing out the candle on the cupcake in Amanis small hands.

"How does it feel to finally be part of the twenty's club?"

"It feels good, and I must say this cupcake is amazing princess!" She said placing a kiss on Amani's cheek. The toddler giggled at her mothers act of affection and snuck a bite of the cupcake.

"I've got a few things that I have to take care of baby, I'll be back in a few!" Chris said before sliding his shoes on and rushing out of the door.

After finishing her cupcake she put her hair up in a bun decided that she would make a real breakfast for everyone, before she would even start cooking there was a knock at the front door. She walked over and opened it seeing Mel standing there with a small bag in her hands and a sly smirk on her face. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY BITCH!" She said hugging Robyn tight before handing her the small red bag.

Robyn smiled and opened up the bag to see a small black box, she opened it and saw a diamond bracelet with the date that her and Mel met inscribed into it. "Aww Mel, this is so sweet! Thank you!" She beamed pulling her best friend into a tight hug.

"Wait, that's not the only surprise! Go open the door" Robyn looked at Mel with a nervous look imagining what could possibly be behind the door, she finally walked over to the door and opened it.
