Feldick didn't have the same thirst for knowledge as his coworker, but he availed himself of the library all the same. For all the wonder and fanfare there was in meeting one of the greater known Breezes, the bright light of idolatry faded fast. Especially when there was nothing idol-worthy to watch of Tavius, other than awkwardly babysit a frail sorceress. It had reeked so strongly of parallel to the Breeze and Yasuko that Feldick quickly grew bored with the scene. With the absence of his cellphone or Internet as alternative entertainment, he opted for his most favorite pastime—napping. Libraries, as a rule, were generally good for such things, so he made himself a sort of chair amongst the book piles, softened it with cushions commandeered from another room, and made himself comfortable.

Which was, in fact, not very comfortable at all.

Cursing under his breath, he rubbed at a sore spot on his back, feeling quite victimized and unsatisfied with his nap. The culprit, a thick tone bound in green velvet, winked cheekily from the pile. Its metal-gilded corners were the likely suspect. Irritated by the disturbance, he dislodged the book from the pile, tempted to either toss it away or calmly set it elsewhere. The former would likely earn him the ire of Breeze's family, which he didn't want to risk, so Feldick chose to relocate it to safer spaces. As he set it down, however, the gold-embossed title happened to catch his eye.
