Tavius says: Yeah she and Libby are getting along great
Tavius says: Should've gotten her a friend years ago
Tavia says: Good. How's August? Did he ruin everything?
Tavius says: Nah, but won't be long till he gets married, I bet
Tavia says: !!!
Tavius says: jk lolNo one, actually, called Tavius a 'master stalker,' which was a miracle in itself. He probably had Redbud to thank for that; she would have never suffered the stain on a Breeze's reputation.
He wondered, then, if he should try harder to remedy the fact, but dismissed the hopeful thought with a sigh. The geas on his neck forbade him from actively desecrating Redbud's ambitions. Rubbing at the mark, invisible against his neck, he wondered if he would rather be in Libby's situation. Being immune to all geas must have its perks. Imprisonment might not be so bad.

But linked to Tavius, it was less a machine than a physical representation of his magic, a window peering into the realm of communication itself.
