"No means no!" Sakura shouted, her voice bouncing eerily off the bathroom tiles.
She could almost see Naihe's pouting through the Circle's magic. Apparently, two centuries was not enough time to change some people.
Dumping another basin of water over her head, she scowled as Naihe sent another wave of longing her way. "Naihe, please leave me alone."
He didn't want to.
He'd been incessant after fending off Min-ho and the other vampires. If she had been any weaker, he would have undressed her in an alley and had his way with her right there. She, like an idiot, would have enjoyed every second of it. And of course, in the aftermath, she would regret it. Naihe had always had that effect on her. On both of the sisters, in fact.
As she toweled off, Sakura fielded his attempts to seduce her. He was creative, she'd give him that, sending forward thoughts and impressions that made her—a former shinzô —blush, but she wouldn't dare risk a bite of the forbidden fruit.
"I know you were lying to Ya-nee." She warned, biting back the edge of guilty panic that her sister's name brought along with it.
Naihe didn't see a problem with bending the truth as he wished. Yasuko was hard to please and far more emotionally fragile than Sakura gave her credit—
