magical love chapter 3

sorry i havent updated for a bit i got grounded so dont expect many updates.

The older male, now in a more magical outfit, ran straight towards the monster and jumped 30 feet in the air. Suddenly, a bunch of magical floating rifles came seemingly from straight out of his sleeves. 20 or so rifles lined up around the monster and fired.

As alfred and ivan watched from a distance, alfred couldnt help but think, thats so cool! i wana do that.

With in a few minutes, the monster disappeared, along with all the scary stuff around it, and left no trace other than the crystal they had seen earlier. They were back in the maze.

The older student transformed back into his uniform, and picked up the crystal.

"That was a close one, no?" he asked with a smile.

"That was so cool!" said alfred.

"Francis?"

The student looked behind him. Peter was there.

"Oh, peter! There you are." he said. Peter waved at Alfred, who was very confused. Didnt arthur kill him?

"I suppose i havent introduced myself..." he said. "I am Francis Bonnefoy, 9th grader and magical boi"

"Im Alfred"

"Im ivan"

"and i suppose youve meet peter already?" francis asked. alfred nodded.

"But.. Arthur killed him when i first met him, and..."

"Oh, i have many different bodies! Its no trouble at all." said Peter. "But it is quite wasteful. I do wish he'd stop."

"Oh, yes, arthur." said francis. "he confuses me on multiple levels. i've never understood his motives..."

"he seems quite shady to me." said ivan.

"well, we'd best be on our way!" said francis. "would you like to come to my place for a bit?"

"sure!" said alfred.

so francis led them out of the maze, and they started walking through town.

"So what was that thing you were fighting?" asked ivan.

"That was called a witch," he said. "theyre born from grief seeds, which are these things." he held out the black crystal he had picked up. "magical girls and boys who use soul magic fight witches to collect these. theyre used to cleanse soul gems of darkness, or the  soul can become corrupted."

He held up another crystal, which was a yellow-orange teardrop shape- his soul gem. He held it up to the grief seed, and it suddenly got a bit brighter. He gave the grief seed to peter, who simply stuck it in his pocket.

"Oh, so peter!" said alfred. "You said something earlier- about a contract or something? what was that about?"

"Oh, yes!" he said. "I have the ability to grant you one wish, anything at all, for the price of becoming a magical boy. Once you become one, you get a soul gem."

"anything at all?" asked ivan.

"yep."

ivan nodded.

they continued walking to francis's place, which was in a nice apartment complex.

When they got inside, francis made tea and they all sat at a small table in the living room. Alfred didnt really like tea, but he took some anyway.

"So are you thinking about becoming a magical boy?" asked francis.

(i keep typing magical girl and forgetting that they arent girls lol)

"i dont know..." said alfred. "i dont have many talents, but it would be really cool if i could have powers like you, francis!"

"So are you saying you just want power, alfred?" asked peter.

"No, its not like... well, kind of."

"If you really want to become a magical boy.." said francis. "You should really think about it first. If its not something youre sure you want, then you shouldnt."

Alfred nodded.

"there's nothing here," said ludwig when they got to the mall.

"Italy cat, can you pick up traces of anything?" asked lovino.

"no," he said. "it seems like any evidence of soul magic has disappeared!"

"hmm.." said kiku. "i have an idea. theres a boy at my school... i havent talked much to him, but i know for certain he is using soul magic. maybe i can get something from him tomorrow."

"good idea, kiku!" said feliciano. "lets call it a day, ladies!"

"were guys" said ludwig.

"Oh yeah"

thanks for reading up to this point. i think im going to continue writing magical love as a seperate story on my profile. ill leave the first few chapters here, but to make it easier ill put all the chapters into one book. Ill still continue doing oneshots and stuff here
