yunho: "goodnight mingi!" i said to the boy in front of his room door in the hallway, while i'm getting ready to go downstairs and sleep in the living room on the couch.
mingi: "g-goodnight.."
before heading to the living room, i looked deeply into mingi's eyes. "are you alright? you look quite tensed. something wrong?"
mingi: "no, of c-course not."
i leaned in closer. "are you sure? did you get hurt, are you sick? did-"
mingi: "fuck it."
he grabbed my collar and pushed me against the wall and smashed his lips onto mine.

i'm not complaining, my feelings started growing for him earlier at the funeral. with all the seonghwa shit.
to show that i'm happy about the move he made, i put my hand on the back of his neck and i pulled away. i looked into his eyes for a while.
mingi: "s-sorry, yunho.. you probably don't even like me that way, i'm s-"
i pulled him closer and kissed him back.

i stroked his hair with my left hand, while the other hand patted his back. "of course, mingi.. but i have a question."
he pulled away and looked at me. "ask away."
yunho: "can we d-date?"
mingi froze for a second at the sudden question, then a big smile appeared on his face. "yes. i'll gladly be your boyfriend."
i smiled and hugged him.
mingi: "sleep in my room tonight?"
i'm the one who froze this time.
mingi: w-well, i mean— after the whole seonghwa thing that happened today, you m-might feel, i don't know.. scared? so c-can i keep you company tonight?"
yunho: "of course, mingi."

we later got in bed and he wrapped his arms around me.
yunho: "i feel safe in your arms."
mingi: "that's good, because i'll protect you."
a smile formed on my face. "goodnight, mingi."
mingi: "sweet dreams, babe."
