just then, we heard the doorknob to the front door jiggling.
hongjoong: *whispers* "i guess he decided to come early."
sohee: "come upstairs."
we both ran upstairs trying not to make noise.
before we ran into my room, i took a peek at the front door downstairs and the man made his way inside. he doesn't have his mask on. but he has a weapon on him.

sohee: "joongie.. he has a gun."
his eyes widened. "we need to hide somewhere else. he can easily get in here."
sohee: "there's no time." just then, i heard footsteps coming up the stairs.
hongjoong pulled me into my closet. "yah, hongjoong, this closet is so small."
he brought his index finger onto my lips. "shh."
i stayed silent. then i heard the door to my room unlock.
