i continued to run as fast as i can. after a few minutes of running, i reached my house.
i looked back and hongjoong wasn't there. "phew, i lost him."
i wiped my tears and unlocked the door and walked into the house. while i was closing the door, a hand reached in from outside. i quickly opened it before i close the door on the person's hand.
i looked up to see hongjoong. i started tearing up again. he stared into my eyes for a minute while i continued crying. he came inside and closed the door.
i stared at him while wiping my tears. "hongjoong-ah.. please leave." i looked down at the floor.
he used his hand to lift my chin up. with his other hand, he wiped my tears then pulled me in for a hug.
i returned the hug because i needed comfort right now. but then i realized— he's the reason why i'm crying.
