Chapter 2

I literally cried while writing the first chapter...

-Kayden's P.O.V.-

Every morning same thing. Get up, go to the bathroom, dress up, eat breakfast, go to school, be in school. The only different thing is the way of beating the omega. It would be pretty boring without beating him to be honest.

So, the morning was like every other.

When I got to school Zack was already waiting for me at my locker. He was on his phone and he was clearly bored.

''Hey man.'' I said and slapped his back. He turned around and grinned at me. ''Yo! How's your morning?''

I rolled my eyes and shrugged. ''Boring as always. Yours?''

''Well the fag left earlier then usual so I'm pretty sleepy.'' he answered looking annoyed. I laughed and patted his shoulder. ''Just wait till lunch Zack, then he'll get his.'' Zack's face lit up again.

It rang. Oh yay. Sarcasm intended.

I sat in the back as always so I could not listen to the teacher. She entered the classroom and put her stuff on her desk. ''Good morning everybody! Please open your books on page 394 and answer the questions one to ten.'' she said and sat down, grading some papers. I caught Zack's look and he snickered, making it obvious that he isn't doing it. I rolled my eyes but didn't do anything.

I just zoned out when the most annoying sound brought me back.

''...er!''

''M...a...er!!!

''MR.PARKER!!!'' someone shouted and I flinched. Mrs. Archer was standing over me looking really angry.

''Umm, yes? Miss Archer?'' I said blinking innocently.

''How many questions did you answer by now?'' she smiled at me. My face scrunched. ''Uh um.'' She shook her head. ''That's what I thought.'' she turned around and I glared at her. The rest of the class was spent in silence. When it finally rang I practically bolted out of my seat.

''Stupid teacher.'' I huffed and someone laughed behind me. I turned around to see Zack holding his stomach and laughing. ''You should've seen your face!'' he gasped out and I rolled my eyes. ''Yea, yea.'' When Zack finally stopped laughing we went to our next lesson.

''Can this day get more boring?'' I groaned after a double lesson of Math.

Zack chuckled and pointed a finger at the omega by his locker. He wore all black, an oversized hoodie and loose sweatpants. I smirked and we headed to him. Every single person in the hallway joined us. Yeah, this was going to be fun.

''Look who we have here.'' Zack said and the omega turned around. But this time I felt a strong smell of honey and cocoa. ''He's our mate!'' Jay yipped happily and my eyes widened in disgust, but I couldn't bring myself to look away from his hooded face. Even his face was black. I barely caught Zack saying ''What is the little omega fag up to today?'' and everybody laughing. Suddenly a blond girl appeared while pushing through the crowd. ''Shawn!'' she screeched and tried to push people around her but they caught her hands. She glared at them and shot a weird look at the omega. He nodded at her for some reason, and I decided it's time for action.

''Look at this.'' I said and everybody looked at me while I smirked at the omega. ''Looks like the little omega is my mate.'' they gasped but laughed after that.

''Don't do this Kayden!'' the girl cried out, squirming in hands of the guys who held her hands.

''Shut up!'' I snarled at her and turned back to him. I was glad Zack once told me his middle name because I was going to use it in that moment. ''I, Kayden Robert Parker, the future Alpha of Blue Moon pack, reject you, Shawn Jackson Miller, the weak little omega, as my mate.''

Jay cried out in shock but I felt nothing. It didn't even hurt. But the omega fell to the floor, shaking. I grinned and kicked him. Zack followed my lead. We just stood there watching him shake on the floor. Then he coughed and blood poured to the floor. Some people screamed and we all backed away.

''SHAWN!!!'' the blond suddenly screamed and punched the guy that was holding her. She ran to him and pulled him to her. ''Ash, help me, I got him!'' she shouted and another, black-haired girl, rushed from the crowd and wrapped her hands around the trembling boy too.

''Its gonna be okay Shawnie, you'll be just fine.'' she whispered to him and they pulled him up. They mostly carried the omega in a different direction so the crowd moved for me and Zack to see better.

The omega whimpered and the blond shot him a glare from, to me, an unknown reason. But the boy stopped. ''Shawn what are you-'' the blond started but he stopped her and whispered something to her. So he did talk.

He turned around and reached for his hood. Zack shifted beside me, and I smelled uneasiness on him. The other girl gasped. ''Shawnie-'' she started but he whispered something again, but only loud enough, for the girls to hear. Then he wiped, what it seemed to be, his mouth and took in a shaky breath. He finally pulled down his hood. I practically heard Zack's jaw drop. A series of gasps ran through the crowd.

Jay whimpered and my eyes widened.

Before us stood the most beautiful boy I have ever seen. The boy all of us kicked, punched and spat on was beautiful. His dark chestnut brown hair was in a messy quiff that was falling in a fringe in front of his face. Under the fringe shined giant bright green irises that were slightly curved upwards. He also had the most delicious looking, rosy colored, plump lips.

But when I looked better his face was tired. He had giant purple bags under his eyes and red and purple bruises all over his cheeks. Jay cringed and whined at the sight of his hurt mate. Then he tensed and screamed so loud my head hurt. I stayed in place though, waiting for him to do something.

''I hope you're happy.'' he suddenly said and Zack's head shot up to the sound. Even his friends behind him looked shocked, their eyes widened.

The omega looked at me, and I almost chocked at the stare he was giving me. ''You just took away from me one of the only people that still care for me in this world.'' he said, obviously trying to talk without shakiness. My eyes widened even more when the emeralds of his eyes filled with tears.

''Shawn, what do you mean?'' the blond girl asked and he turned around to face her. He whispered something and then he was falling.

''SHAWN!!!'' both girls screamed and the blond caught him right before he hit the floor. She hugged him to her and the two boys from the crowd stepped forward. Her eyes shot up from the omega's face and she growled at the two, who immediately stopped.

''What do you motherfuckers think you're doing?'' she asked in a deadly tone.

''Trying to help?'' one of the boys said in a small voice. She scoffed and hugged him to her even more. ''So now you wanna help? Now that you've seen how beautiful he is? Where were you when he needed help, huh?! WHERE WERE YOU WHEN HE WAS ALMOST BEATEN TO DEATH?!! WHERE WERE YOU WHEN HE NEEDED LOVE!!!?'' she screamed at all of us and the boys backed up. The girl's eyes were flashing red until the other girl put her palm on her shoulder.

That's when her eyes changed back. She eyed us, stopping on Zack and I. ''That's what I thought.'' she whispered and tears left her eyes.

''C'mon Lil, we gotta get him to Grace.'' the other girl whispered and sat down next to her. The blond nodded and pulled his hood back on, making him as black as before. ''Its gonna be okay Shawnie, I promise.'' she whispered and kissed his forehead. I growled without even thinking. Her head shot up to me. ''I dare you.'' she whispered to me and then pulled him up with the help of the other girl.

She looked at the group once more. ''Fuck all of you!'' she snarled and they took him away from our eyes.

I then calmed myself down and looked around me.

Everyone was shook, all of the girls, and even some boys, blushing, and others just stared at the place they disappeared at. I then finally looked at Zack. He was staring at the puddle of blood on the floor, where his brother was only ten minutes ago.

I placed a hand on his shoulder and he flinched, looking at me.

''We fucked up so bad.'' he whispered to me and I just nodded.

''Really bad.''
