"Sorry Kiss"
Narinig ko syang humihikbi.
"And I'm sorry that it took me a while to say sorry"
Mas lumakas yung mga hikbi nya.
I hugged her even tighter.
Napapikit ako at tuluyan na din bumagsak ang mga luha ko.
"I'm so sorry...Sorry. I don't really know what else to say but sorry"
Humahagulgol na sya sa pagiyak at niyakap nya ako pabalik.
She's not saying anything.
Binaon ko ang mukha ko sa leeg nya.
I can't take it. Hindi ko sya kayang nakikitang ganito.
"Please. Say something."
Kumalas sya sa yakap namin at may binigay na nakafold na paper. I was going to open it but then she stopped me.
"Please read it when I'm not with you anymore"
I just nodded, held one of her hands and wiped away her tears.
"Please, wag mo pababayaan sarili mo. Always take your meds, eat right and drink lots of water. Tingnan mo ang payat payat mo na. Promise me to take care of yourself more. Please?"
I know, this shouldn't be the way I'm acting towards her but she needs to be reminded to take care of herself.
"Okay"
Then she smiled. A weak one.
"I'm sorry Kiss. I'm really sorry. You know that I will always be grateful that you came into my life right? Please remember that"
Tears won't stop falling down from her beautiful face.
"Okay" she said then smiled weakly again.
"Okay" I smiled too
"Donny, thank you and sorry for everything"
She hugged me one last time, kissed me on my cheek then left after that.
Nanigas ako sa kinakatayuan ko. Tears are also streaming down on my face. Walang tigil.
*boogsh*
"Kisses!"
Nagulat ako sa narinig ko. Dali dali akong lumingon at nakita ko si Kisses na walang malay sa sahig.
"Donny donny! Tulungan mo ako" Marcus
Hindi pala sya lumayo kanina nang iniwan nya kami.
Dumating din sila Jerome at mga kaibigan ni Kisses.
"Kisses wake up!" Sue
Nagpaalam kami sa mga teachers namin at dinala agad sya sa hospital.
While waiting outside the ER...
"This is all my fault. I shouldn't have left her in the first place"
