There was Amy- sitting by her desk. In front of her was the same boy I saw in the parking lot walking inside the building. His golden brown hair glistened in the light as he turned around to get a glimpse of me. His brown eyes sparkled and he gave a slight smile and stood up from his chair to greet me.

"I'm Nick." He shook my hand and gave me a warm smile.

"Vivienne." I smiled back.

"Great! Vivienne please take a seat. Let's discuss." She said eagerly.

"I'm going to explain everything but it'll be short and sweet, I promise. So, I'm sure the both of you know what it is like to be in a real relationship in the spotlight, right?"

We both nodded.

"Great. That's how this will play out- except of course behind the public eye, the paparazzi photos and the social media flirting there isn't really a relationship there. Think of it as a full time job or I don't know- an acting gig. At the end of the day you get out of character and go home."

Nick and I both looked at each other and looked back at her, attempting to brush off that terrible analogy.

"So, how do we even start this off? We don't even know each other. I mean I know of  Vivienne but I've never been seen with her so how will this be believable?"

"Great question, you will play it out how all celebrity relationships play out. You're seen together a couple of times, spark some rumors, and then you confirm those rumors however you want to go about confirming them."

"At least we have that to decide on ourselves for." I mumbled under my breath and Nick chuckled.

"B-but I am making sense here, right? You both understand?" She looked at both of us.

"Yes."

"This begins today. So, go out and grab some lunch and get to know each other! I'm sure you both are hungry. You two have fun." Amy smiled and stood up to hug us goodbye.

Nick and I both walked downstairs to our cars.

"Guess you're my girlfriend now." He chuckled.

"Yeah, I guess so."
