He pinned the mortal to the wall, grinning like a madman.

"You've been taking your friend's shifts more~ What happened? Is he done with the job~" Purred the bigger being.

The hunter scoffed, looking unfazed by being slammed against the wall. To be honest, this wasn't the first time he was slammed into a wall, human or otherwise.

"And I'll tell you any of this because?" There was boredom in his voice, but annoyance in his pale eyes.

The red eyed beast chuckled, lightly cupping the male's chin. He liked them... But, he highly doubts that the-

"I want to talk with your bosses." He murmured, letting the other go, backing up.

Now this did get a reaction out of the other: confusion.

"What?" The pale haired male's voice softened, his deep eyes lightening some in that confusion.

"I want to talk with the Great ones, my little hunter. I'll see what 'loose ends' I can 'tie up' here."

With that final good bye, the red eyed monster left. He said what he had to say and left!

The hunter stood there for a few minutes more... Letting what the other said sink in.

They were joining his side... They were finally on his side...
