Xcellence slumped into work, not late, but damn did he wish he was late! His body felt like hell and he visibly looked tormented.

"Hello! You must be Xcellence!" A happy voice called out.

The tall male looked down at a rather chubby man.

He had bright blue eyes that shone with happiness and held an infectious smile. He wore a simple pale blue shirt that had faded words of encourgment, something cheesy too... Like "Smile, It Makes Someone's Day", or something close to that. He then wore worn blue jeans and dying boots that looked stained several colors.

His hair was short and cute in a boyish type of way, that fell around his chubby face perfectly... He also looked young, really young... Basically, he looked like a kid. A tall kid.

"Uh..." The white haired male didn't know how to respond... He really didn't.

"X, this is our new boss, Berry Azure." The punk woman called out, lightly bumping her roommate in the shoulder. "He may look young, but he's not afraid to whip anyone in shape." She stated, moving back to the dining area with the food on the tray.

"Oh..." He muttered.

The kid looking adult giggled happily.

"Yeah, even the Beasts don't know what age I am." He stated calmly.

The monochrome male froze, staring down at the other once again.

Another giggle was his answer.

"Really thought I wouldn't reconize the look of training by Lucy, did cha?" The tone Berry used was rather light and almost joking in fact.

Slowly, Cell nodded, feeling his throat closed up.

"How... Did you train with Lucy?" He whispered, finding it kind of weird to referr to Hall as Lucy. He still has no idea on why they did that.

The boss lightly scoffed and shook his head.

"Nah, I work a different shift, Day." He stated easily, smiling broadly. "Actually, I saw him and Light train once. If those two were Gods, they'd be destroying continents!" There was a soft laughter at the end of that sentence and well, X laughed with him.

He honestly didn't doubt it. Halluciv had talked a few times about 'Light', saying that he was actually almost stronger than Dream and Nightmare! He may not talk much about the guy, but it was clear that Hall trusted and sort of worshiped the guy.

"Wow... Really?"

The chubby male nodded, his smile never fading.

"Alright, get to work, and go easy on yourself. I may not have fought Lucy before, but I don't want you dropping to the ground and needing the hospital because of him."

Laughter erupted from the two, but it ended quickly as they parted ways.

It oddly felt nice knowing that there was someone to talk to at work about the secret life... The secret world... It was almost a comforting thought, really.
