Hope and Rafael walk through the school; the full bag of materials bounces between them. Suddenly, Rafael's eyes flash yellow. "You ok?" Hope asks as they pause before the main entrance.

"Um, my mind still won't settle down. Look, I'm sorry, but I can't join the fight."

Hope chuckles to herself. "Don't worry. I'm not going alone. My squad answered the Bat-signal."

Rafael glances to his right to see three supernaturals strolling his way. The first person he sees is Josie; in her yellow Salvatore Boarding School t-shirt, she smiles as she holds her head up high. Beside her, Kaleb walks with a smirk on his face. Jed frowns from behind, looking as if he would rather be anywhere else.

To Rafael's left, two legends walk towards him. Teddy Hale flashes his yellow eyes with a wide, Hale smirk on his lips; Stella walks by his side, a bag full of mystical objects with her. Her eyes hold a hidden fire behind them. She drops the bag at her feet with a sigh when she stops.

Finally, Lizzie walks up behind Rafael with a small backpack. She pauses when she sees her twin.

"She's coming?" Both twins exclaim.

"I need all the help I can get," Hope says. "So, please, put your twin war on pause."

Rafael narrows his eyes at Jed. "Why is he going? He hates Landon."

The wolf sighs. "Look, you're the Alpha. If Landon's your pack, that makes him ours."

"We should really teach you about wolf packs, shouldn't we?" Teddy teases, patting Rafael on the back. When the boy's eyes flash gold, Teddy says, "And maybe some control."

"Where's MG?" Kaleb asks Hope.

"He's on his way," she replies. "Let's load up while we wait for him. Come on."

"Alright, time to hold the heavy bag," Stella mutters to herself as she hoists it back onto her shoulder. She glares at Teddy as he smirks, leaving her alone with the bag.

"I'll help you," Josie says, reaching for the strap.

"That's ok," Stella replies with a soft smile. "I got it, I'm just complaining to annoy him."

Josie chuckles before a darkness seeps into her eyes. She lowers her voice, leaning in to whisper in Stella's ear. "When this is over, we need to talk."

Stella nods as the two walk out. "Of course. Whenever you want."

Teddy's hand slams into her gut. Stella grunts, grabbing his hand. Before she can yell at him, her eyes fall on the armed men surrounding the entrance.

"Oh, sorry. We were about to knock," the leader says. His yellowing teeth shine in the sunlight.

"Who the hell are you?" Hope asks.

"Name's Burr. Triad Industries."

Teddy steps in front of Stella, failing to contain the growl seeping from his throat. Stella can see his cheeks grow bigger as he hides the canines in his mouth.

"Propellere," Hope says, waving her hands. Nothing happens.

"I got this," Kaleb says before he runs forward. The moment the sun touches his skin, he begins to burn; Stella tugs him back under the awning.

"What you don't got is magic," Burr smirks. "Which is why your daylight ring won't work. And what we have are stakes, wolfsbane, and other things. So, I think you should invite us inside."
