Prince Taehyung wasn't looking forward to this day anymore than Jungkook.

In fact, it might be safe to say he was dreading it more. He didn't want a stuck up prude to teach him, let alone someone younger than him.

At least that's what he told his parents.

They of course insisted he needed the training, as he was showing no signs of princeship, or even kingship.

Taehyung didn't want the throne, at all, and the King and Queen of the Kim kingdom knew. But they still pushed, did everything they could to straighten up their son... until they decided they should bring in someone else. Someone closer to Taehyung's age yet so different personality wise that he could learn from them.

So during the party Queen Kim had a quick chat with King Jeon and a plan was settled.

Prince Taehyung would be staying with the Jeon Kingdom until he had learned how to act like a prince.

Taehyung wasn't happy when he heard this, neither was Jungkook.

Sure Taehyung thought the young boy was cute and maybe even funny, but just seeing him stand quietly next to his parents at the party with his hands clasped behind his back neatly made Prince Taehyung want to gag. He rolled his eyes so hard he thought they'd pop out of their sockets- at least he wouldn't have to bear watching a Kingdom as King.

Maybe this wasn't so bad after all.

Taehyung threw the covers off his bed, treading into his large closet without stopping to fix his bed or slip on slippers.

He decided to play it safe by pulling on a black groovy jacket that was specked with floral clusters. He had another argument with his father the night before, and he was smart enough to not push him today. Taehyung wasn't dumb, no- in fact he was almost a genius.

He just didn't care.

He didn't see the point, so why waste his intelligence?

Taehyung shook his head and slipped into some black pants, deciding if black shoes or red shoes were the way to go. He smirked and tied the red ones all snug up against his foot.

He hated how these ones clicked against the ground but they made a statement, and Taehyung liked being difficult.

It was fun.

He shuffled lazily out of his closet and ignored the pair of sweatpants laying on the marble floor from last night. He knew a maid would come by and pick it up later so he didn't bother even giving it a thought.

Plus, the hamper was on the other side of the room, opposite the bathroom- which was where he was headed.

The red head ran his slender fingers through his hair, ruffling it so it was messy yet somehow considered styled.

He liked how it made him look stern and aggressive. So much he even chuckled to himself before finishing the rest of his morning routine.

Before he left he decided to push the boundaries a bit more and grabbed a few rings in which he slid satisfyingly onto his slender fingers.

As Taehyung left his room, a few maids ran in after he left as they knew it was messy. He didn't mind them, he liked his room clean which sounds a bit hypocritical because he was the one who made the messes. But he thought, if someone can do it for me, why put in any effort? He could be doing something he saw as more productive, so he let them do their job.

It's not like he had to talk to them, though he was decent enough to thank them once he saw them bustling around sometime later.
