The next day, Jungkook helped Seokjin clean up in the kitchen- though the older originally refused to let him help out- just because he had already finished his daily tasks. It was moments like these where his head was all alone and he had nothing to busy himself with, nothing from keeping his inner thoughts at bay while he focused on tasks. They drifted in, and Jungkook couldn't push them away. Of course Jungkook thought of him. He still missed him, so bad.

Jungkook has never craved anything more. Just one touch was all he wanted, but he knew he'd never be able to let go if the chance of them seeing each other again were to happen. That's why he couldn't even say his name.

Jungkook sighed and headed upstairs to his room. He changed out of his royalty formal wear and into something much more casual and comfy. Then the young prince fell onto his bed, curling up helplessly in the sheets as his urges invaded his mind again. He wanted to feel safe and secure in the red royal's arms again, wanted to kiss him again and claw at his back again, to leave marks and- marks. He had a mark, a reminder, why didn't Jungkook ask for one?

Would he think Jungkook didn't want him?

Of course he did, he wanted him so badly that he cried himself to sleep every night, feeling cold and lonely.

Shouldn't he want Jungkook to forget?

Maybe he already was, they both had to have- at least a little bit. Jungkook didn't like the fact that he couldn't remember all the moles he had on his face, or the exact feeling of his lips. But maybe he had forgotten too. It was for the best anyways, right?

So why was Jungkook crying again? Why did he feel as if every day, his chest was being dug from the inside, creating a black hole of nothingness that never seemed to fill back up no matter how much happiness he pretended he felt?

"Prince Jungkook...?" A sweet voice rang out, the sound of the royal's door shutting with a creaky noise and a click. "Oh no."

Jungkook recognizes the voice as Jimin's, soft and caring like it always had been. The butler sat on the edge of the bed and pulled Jungkook into him, trying to soothe the shakes that raked through his body and made even more tears fall. His eyes always looked so blue when he cried, he was beautiful, no matter what he did.

"Shh, it's okay." Jimin whispered, blowing his orange hair out of his eyes as he rubbed Jungkook's back, sobs and sniffles muffled by his shirt.
"I-I m-miss him-m." Jungkook cried out, gripping Jimin's buttoned down shirt tightly. "Why can't I just have him? It's a world, and I'm just here, but I can be if he were here with me Jimin. Why can't he be here? Why can't I just have what I want and not have to worry about that becoming somebody else's want?"

"Because the world has rules." Jimin mumbled softly, now running his hands through Jungkook's brown locks. "Rules that keep people from doing wrong things, that make people safe."

"But he makes me feel safe Jimin!" Jungkook wailed, pushing away from Jimin. He didn't want to be held by the butler, he wanted to be held by him. "I-I need Taehyung... please." The younger prince looked his friend in the eyes, his bright blue orbs glistening and gloomy. "Please," he begged. "I have never asked much of you Jimin, but... I need to see Taehyung."

"I'm afraid it's not within my abilities to-"

"Jimin for the sake of this kingdom I need to see him! I need to see him and feel him and tell him that I love him."

Jimin froze, not ever thinking he'd hear those words come from Jungkook's mouth. He always thought the younger would rule alone, and do a damn good job. But it seems Taehyung had a tight grip on the brunette, even if he wasn't really there.

"You know what love is Jimin, you have to help me... please."

"Stop." Jimin stood abruptly and set his jaw tensely. Of course Jungkook went there. "You don't know anything about Yoongi and I, don't pretend like you do."

"But I'm not wrong Jimin." The royal said, scrambling off the bed so he could stand tall in front of Jimin, looking determined though his cheeks still shined with clear tears. "The only difference about you and him is that you had pushed your chance away. But that's exactly it Jimin, it was just one chance, you know Yoongi would take you back in a heartbeat. At least you can be with him." Jungkook growled at the end, jabbing his finger into Jimin's solid chest to get his point across. "I can't. I don't have a choice like you do."

"Shut up." Jimin whispered, refusing to cry or lash out at his closest friend.

"Man up. Yoongi could very well be downstairs right now, just waiting for you to barge through the doors any second-"

"I can't either Jungkook!" Jimin said, then cleared his throat. "Prince Jungkook. I can't. Yoongi won't give me a chance to explain anything, so what makes you think he even wants me back..."

"I can see it, in his eyes, when you walk by. When you smile. Or when you laugh. Make him listen Jimin, otherwise you'll regret not using the time to say something before he's gone."
