"WHAT DO YOU MEAN ASH IS BACK?!" Aria shouts at me. Well, this is not what I was expecting this early in the morning. I just told her all that has happened since my birthday. How he treated me on my birthday, then how I stopped talking to him for a while. Also that I ran into him at The Rose the other night. I went on to tell her all about what happened yesterday when we caught up.
"I know, we have been through some real crap. But I love him," I argue.
"I know, I don't like him."
"That was made very clear," I sigh.
"I'm sorry, he has just put you through some real bull shit. He doesn't treat you right at all." She pulls me into a hug, "I just don't want you getting hurt again."
"Thank you for your concern. I will be careful I promise."
"It's not you that isn't careful. You are the sweetest most loyal person I know. Him, on the other hand, is the biggest liar I have ever met. I just don't trust him. But, this is your choice and I am here for you no matter what."
"Thank you, babe. It really means a lot. I know it sounds crazy but maybe he has changed,"
"I'll believe it when I see it," she laughs.
"Thank you for being the best!" I give her a bear hug, "So what do you wanna do today?"
"Mom wants to see you but other than that I don't care."
"Okay, we can go see her! I miss her!!! Wanna stay here tonight?"
"Duh! That was my plan all along!"
"GIRLS NIGHT," we scream at the same time. Realizing we said the same thing at the same time we started to laugh really hard.
"Oh man I have missed you so much," I say when we finish laughing.
"I've missed you too! I've missed saying the same thing at the same time."
"I know it is so funny, it's like we're connected somehow," I laugh.
"Weird," she giggles.
"I'm going to go get ready and then we can go and see mom," I smile.
"Okay, I'm gonna pick some movies to watch," she says flopping onto my bed.
"Sounds like a plan," I grab a pair of black leggings, a purple sweater and my underwear and walk to the bathroom to take a nice hot shower. I turn on my shower playlist and step into the steaming hot shower. I stand in the shower for 15 minutes to relax my body. Even though it has been my break it hasn't felt like a break. I haven't had time to just relax. I am so excited to have a girls day. I miss Aria and can't wait to watch movies, eat a bunch of food, talk, and just relax.
I walk out of the bathroom to see Aria lounging on my bed on her phone. "Have you picked any good movies?"
"Oh yeah! I have a great mix of cartoon, romance of the tearjerker sort, romance of the comedy sort, and horror," she exclaims.
"Perfect I am so excited!"
"Me too. Now let's go to mom and then we can just have the day to ourselves," She says bouncing up and down.
"Okay let's go." We walk down the stairs and I shout to my mom "we'll be back going to see Aria's mom real fast."
"Okay see you later."
We hop into Aria's black Ford Escape and drive to her house around the corner. Inside Aria's mom is watching TV and when she sees me she jumps off her couch and runs to give me a hug.
