Finally Possible?

Raina's POV.

The couple made it home and headed for the temple to freshen up before going to the palace to see Leia and Ben. They were treated immediately by their padawan, including Jayna, Kira and Dirk. They were all extremely glad to see Luke back home safe.

"Where's Jacen?" Luke asked Raina, now in their room and sitting on the bed.

Raina looked back at him, sitting in front of her small vanity as put her hair in a braid.
"He's on Dantooine. Again."

Her husband nodded seeming troubled.

"Luke?"

"Hmm?"

"What's wrong?"

He sighed. "I have a weird feeling about the Countess. There's something off about her."

"It's probably nothing. Their just experiencing puppy love." She excused.

"Maybe, but she's making him lose focus. He's been slacking on his duties. They're constantly talking on the holo and most of the time after they end it he seems. . .off. He has an almost. . .vain attitude. Especially when he comes back from being with her."

Raina furrowed her eyebrows thoughtfully. "We'll need to keep an eye on him, but I'm sure theirs no harm being done. She's just a young woman probably very head over heals for him and he for her."

Luke nodded with a grin. "I remember when you and I started having feelings for each other. It wasn't easy if I recall. Even with Yoda's warnings we couldn't keep our hands off each other."

Raina rolled her eyes. "If you remember correctly it was really you who couldn't control yourself back then."

"Oh come on! You know you were the same way. You had feelings for me before I had any strong feelings for you!"

"So what? If you remember correctly you were the one to start something every time. Meanwhile I was always trying to stop it."

He smirked. "But you didn't."

Raina narrowed her eyes at him, before hesitantly responding. "No. I didn't."

Raising his eyebrows once as a way of saying told you so, he turned away.

Raina smiled widely and threw a pillow at his back.

Being hit, He he around and laughed. "What was that for?!"

"For being a smart-alec and know it all." She answered with her arms crossed.

He laughed still and shook his head. "You can't be upset at me if it's true."

Her mouth dropped in disbelief. Quickly, Raina picked up another pillow and threw at him as hard as she could. Luke dodged it with a hearty laugh. Reaching down he picked it up and threw it back at her.

For the next few minutes the room was full of laughs and giggles as their pillow fight resumed. Even as adult Jedi they were both still those young goofy kid's at heart.

Raina and Luke entered the palace and were welcomed by Winter and Threepio.

"Oh Master Luke it's so good to see you! We were all so worried! Oh heavens what I terrible experience you must have had!"

The three humans looked at each other with smiles.

"Thanks Threepio. It's good to see you too." Luke turned to the pale-skinned woman. "Winter where's-"

"Your sister and nephew are both upstairs. We were all having dinner." She interrupted him.

He gave her a grateful smile. "Thank you."
