34: Confession

At the end of the movie Jimin asked, "Jungkook why did you kis—"

Jungkook cut him off. "Hey um let's just go home... bro..."

Bro wtf?? Jungkook never called me that before?

They went outside without saying a word and Jungkook called an Uber.

As they rode home, the lady driving asked, "Hey are you guys from that one gay kdrama where they take forever to tell each other their feelings and—"

"No why the hell does every Uber driver think that?!" Jungkook said angrily.

"Hey calm down Jungkook it was just a question," Jimin said and started rubbing Jungkook's hand only to have it shoved away. Jimin frowned.

When they got home Jimin kept asking Jungkook what was wrong.

"CAN YOU PLEASE SHUT UP ALREADY JIMIN! STOP ASKING ME THAT!"

In Yoongi's room Tae and he were cuddling again on the bed.

"Hey Tae..."

"Yes Baby Yoongles?" Tae asked with a boxy smile.

"This is kinda random but since we're dating now... I was wondering if you're into um... you know what never mind."

"No what is it?" Tae asked.

"I was wondering if you're into... bdsm and hardcore sex..." Yoongi asked as red as a tomato.

"What are you into that, Yoongi?

He slowly nodded.

Tae chuckled. "That's cute."

"Cute?" Yoongi asked in shock.

"Yeah I mean I think it's cute that you like that. But I just don't think I could hurt you so you could do that kind of stuff to me."

"O-oh okay," Yoongi said in smol.

Jimin started crying. He always cried when someone yelled at him. "I-I'm sorry Jungkook. I didn't mean to make you upset," He said through sniffles. "I just want to know what's wrong so I can help you..."

"IT'S YOU JIMIN!" Jungkook quickly pushed Jimin in his room. Jimin broke down and cried more. "Stop Jungkook! I don't want to do anything with you right now. You're really confusing me and I don't understand—"

"GOD DAMN IT. I LOVE YOU JIMIN, BUT I CAN'T LOVE YOU."

Jimin stopped crying and was stunned as he looked at the younger.

"what do you mean—"

"Just get out Jimin."

"But—"

"I SAID GET OUT"

Jimin quickly did as the maknae said and rushed into his own room in tears.

Jungkook cried into his pillows, hating himself for letting himself kiss Jimin in the movie theater and for just yelling at him.

He texted Tae:

Jungkook: Hey Tae are you busy. I really need to talk with you. You always help me and I need it more than ever right now

Tae was kissing Yoongi until he heard his phone and glanced towards it. "Oh shit I'm sorry Yoongi, Jungkook needs me."

"But he asked if you were busy. And you are. With me." Yoongi said.

"... yeah but he's my best friend and he needs me..." Tae said.

"Fine." Yoongi said.

"Yoongles, don't be that way you know I love you too," Tae said.

Yoongi just crossed his arms as Tae texted back.

Tae: Don't worry I'll be right there Jungkook

"So let me get this straight. I mean gay. So you kissed Jimin in the movie theater and you just yelled at him that you love him, but you can't love him?" Tae asked.

Jungkook nodded, his eyes focused on the floor.

"Okay... I'll start with the simpler question first... why'd you kiss him?"

"Because I wanted to, it just felt right in that moment..."

"Okay now what do you mean by you love him but you can't?"

"I... I'm in love with Jimin. I love everything about him. His adorable personality, his cute giggles, his sexy side, his eyes, plump lips, his perfect body and ass, and especially how he's usually really confident but he gets really shy sometimes."

"Okay buddy tmi but what do mean by you can't love him?"

"I can't because... many things. I don't want everyone's opinions of us to change if they know we're gay. Our parents and friends, our staff, our fans, the world even. If Jimin and I became a couple, I wouldn't want to hide it. It would be too hard... So the only solution is to just shut him out..."

"Jungkook, that's the saddest thing I've ever heard. If... if Jimin loves you too, you shouldn't care about anyone else's opinion."

Jungkook felt liquid fall from his eyes and he leaned on Tae's shoulder. "But Tae, you know how serious this is. If the world finds out, they will ban our music in some countries. Possibly even here in South Korea because you know how it is!"

"Okay but it's getting better here. I know it's not common for idols to be bisexual but most of the public really doesn't care about sexual preference anymore. Even the elders. I looked at a recent study so... I would know..."

"But... the company..."

"It's not against our contract to date you know that."

"Yeah but we're both in the group... we'll make everyone uncomfortable."

"You guys already act like a fucking couple. It won't be that different."

"Ugh I guess. But our parents and fans?"

"Jungkook, honestly you're parents both seem pretty chill and you know they will always love you no matter what. Especially if they know you'll be happy. And as for our fans, a lot of them would probably be happy since they have those fan ships or whatever. Plus if you guys are happy they should be happy for you guys too even if they don't ship you guys."

"I guess... you're right... but I think we'd have to wait until we're about to disband to tell everyone publicly. But I'd tell you guys, my family, and the staff. If... if Jimin wants to be with me too that is..."

Tae nodded. "That sounds good buddy."

"So what should I do right now..."

"Well.. Jimin's probably overwhelmed right now, so I wouldn't talk to him yet. Maybe tomorrow?"

"Okay, thanks Tae. You're the best. Now go back to your boyfriend," Jungkook said.

Tae choked. "W-what?"
