"What do you mean no?" Suga asked, trying to hide his hurt and shock as Hobi backed away and sighed.

"Yoongi... it's more complicated than just... you and me. You see... I realized that I might have been using your violent side as a distraction from the real reasons we can't be together."

"What do you mean...? What are the  real reasons then...?"

Hobi looked to the side as his eyes started to tear up.

"One is my parents... I don't think they're open to... homosexuals. Two is everyone else in the world Yoongi! Do you how pressured I felt to hide this? If anyone finds out... I don't even know what would happen Yoongi. But I'm scared to find out."

"Jungkook!" Jimin giggled as he shoved the younger closer to the window of the airplane.

"Whaaaat it's true!!!" Jungkook whined.

"No way."

"It is. Look it up."

"Gee thanks, great advice Jungkook. I would totally like to look up if kangaroos can fart when we're in an airplane with airplane mode."

"Fine then trust me, they can't!!"

"Fine... but only cause I trust you..." Jimin said as he was staring at how the light made Jungkook's dark hair look golden around the edges.

When Jungkook pulled out his lip-balm he slowly dragged it across his lips, giving them a pink-red tint. Jimin didn't know why he couldn't pull his eyes away.

If you asked Jimin how he felt about Jungkook now, he would probably not know exactly what to say. He's had a crush on him for years but Jungkook was different now. Not so innocent anymore. More grown up. More complex... there were still some things he didn't understand about him yet.

"What is it Jimin?"

"Huh?"

"You were staring at me."

"Sorry I guess you were being too hot."

He loved how the youngest face got red. He decided to act like his regular self around Jungkook again. Put everything complicated behind them for now. Maybe that's why they were going on this trip. To get away for a little while and have fun with each other like back then.

"Jimin..."

Jimin ignored him and closed his eyes as he leaned on Jungkook's shoulder. "I'm tired Kookoo,.."

The familiar nickname racked his mind as Jungkook was deciding whether to push him off but he liked the warmth that radiated from the older... and liked that they were starting to return to normal. No complicated feelings. No drinks. No sex. He just wanted to be friends again. Actual friends.

"Fiiine. Go to sleep and I'll wake you when we get there," Jungkook said while looking at the blonde slumped on his shoulder.

Jimin nodded and quickly dozed off.

"Hobi you shouldn't care about that! Why should it matter what anyone thinks if we.. love each other?"

"But... my parents...and yours too..." he sniffled.

"They love you, Hoseok. Nothing's going to change that. For me on the other hand... well you know my parents don't really care much about me. Not since they found out I gave up school for music. I don't think they'd care about my sexuality."
