Justin
"Ellie, chill, she's going to love this," I assured Ella, patting her back. She nodded frantically, not really paying attention.
"Derek, come here, please," she shouted, rushing off to the staircase. I sighed. Ella had been working non-stop(man, the man is non-stop) to get everything ready.
"Justin," Andrew called for me( I don't know how far I'll go) and I jogged over.
"Mhm?" I hummed, sitting next to him.
"What do you think of truth or dare?" he suggested, staring his piece of paper.
"Uh, that sounds dangerous," I said, biting my lip. Truth or dare as a kid can be pretty innocent, but when you get older... it's a nightmare.
"Would you rather?" Andrew tried. I considered the idea. There didn't seem to be to many dangerous aspects of the game.
"Okay, I guess," I decided, shrugging. Andrew beamed.
"Great. So the games are Uno, would you rather, and hide n' seek," Andrew declared.
"Sounds good, buddy," I stood up, walking into the kitchen. Tevin was frosting the cake, delicate leaves and petals lining the sides. Blue frosting tumbled from the sides, giving the cake a waterfall look. "Damn," I muttered under my breath.
"I will take that as a compliment," Tevin responded, startling me. He seemed so focused on the cake I thought he didn't notice me.
"Justin, can you get Y/n now, please," Ella commanded from upstairs.
"Going," I yelled back, picking up my keys and strolling out the door.
I stepped into my car and began the drive to Y/f/n's house. It wasn't too far from Ella's home, only ten minutes away. Standing outside the building, I called Ella.
"I'm at her house," I informed her.
"We need more time! Stall for, like, ten more minutes," Ella panicked.
"A'ight," I hung up and knocked on the door. Her bro- I mean dad, opened the door.
"No soliciti- oh, hi, Justin," he smiled kindly at me. " Please come in. Y/n is in her room."
"Thank you," I nodded to him and started up the stairs. Politely knocking on the door, I heard a loud crash inside and rushing feet.
"Avi-" she cut herself off when she saw me. "Hi, Justin." I waved and followed her into her room.
"Practicing?" I guessed, smiling at her. She shrugged.
"Yeah, Mr. Ming said to memorize our lines, but... the play rehearsal started in August. So, everyone should already know their lines, but whatever," Y/n threw script papers in the air. "Whatcha here for?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to come to Ella's house with me," I lied.
"Um, okay," she shrugged again, not really caring. " Sounds good to me."
We talked about random crap for a while. After a bit, she helped me practice my bit in the musical. Our conversation turned back to random stuff. I checked my watch. Five minutes to go.
"Oh, do you want to meet Lucy?" Y/n asked, breaking the silence. I tilted my head.
"Who's that," I said. Y/n smirked.
"You'll find out, now come on," I followed her to a tiny little backyard. A small pug sniffed around the grass and plants, chewing some of the greenery. Y/n facepalmed.
"Lucy, you aren't a cow," she complained, picking the small dog, whose name was Lucy, I guess, up. " Justin, this is Lucy. Lucy, this is Justin."
"Hi, Lucy," I bowed to her pug in a joking manner. Y/n and I laughed, Lucy wiggling around in her arms. "Any family updates?"
"Mhm," we sat on the ground, petting Lucy. " Scarlett is pregnant."
"Wait, what?!" I exclaimed, jumping up before seating myself again. Y/n laughed a little before rubbing my arm in a soothing way.
"Calm down, Justin," she giggled. I nodded my head in disbelief. Y/n was going to be an older sister. Woah. "What about you?"
"Parents are visiting," I grunted. My mom and dad had moved to France, leaving me to take care of the house.FIGHT ME MARTHA
"That's cool," Y/n smiled, checking her watch. "We should probably go now."
"Yeah."
Y/n her dad where she was going and that she'd try to be back by seven.
"Ready, M'lady," I joked, holding open her car door.
"Why, thank you, kind sir," she said snootily, causing us both to laugh.
"Well, here we are," I announced, stepping out of the car with her. I snuck up behind Y/n, covering her eyes with my hands.
"What the- Justin!" she exclaimed, kicking shin.
"Fudge," I grunted, leading her towards the house. "Trust me, N/n, I'm not going to hurt you."
"Fine... but you better not run me into a tree," she growled. I picked her up for the steps, not wanting her to trip. If she did, I would probably have a broken leg.
"Justin!" Y/n squeaked as I scooped her up.
"Alright, stay right here and keep your eyes closed," I ordered, darting inside the house and hiding with everyone else. "You can open them now."
"Surprise!" Derek, Andrew, Tevin, Ella, and I screamed. Y/n jumped, almost falling backwards before a smile spread across her face.
"Thanks, guys. You didn't have to do this though," she thanked us, coming into the house. Andrew shrugged.
"We wanted to. Besides, it was Ella's idea, not ours," Andrew admitted, closing the front door.
"Thank you, Ellie," Y/n kissed my girlfriend's cheek. "Also, did y'all make a cake for me?"
"Y'all?" I teased, smirking at my soulmate. She glared at me and stuck her tongue out.
"Yes, y'all," Y/n confirmed, folding her arms. Tevin nodded eagerly.
"Ta-da," he revealed his masterpiece, Y/n's jaw dropping. Her hands flew to her mouth.
"I don't think I can eat it, it's too beautiful," Y/n breathed. We laughed.
"First game, would you rather," Derek declared, sitting on the floor in the living room. Y/n chuckled and seated her self next to Ella. "Y/n, would you rather eat cake or bacon?"
"That's easy. Cake," Y/n answered confidently. Where you at my asexual buddies!! "Ella, would you rather have pancakes or waffles?"
"Um, pancakes?" Y/n high fived her while Tevin shook his head in disappointment.

Y/n
"Tevin, would you rather play truth or dare or would you rather," Ell asked, batting her lashes innocently. I glared at her and shook my head. That child.
"Truth or dare," Tevin smirked evil like. " Andrew, would you rather date Avalon, or bro date me?" Drew blushed a little. "I won't take offense if you choose Ava, just so you know."
"Erm, Avalon," Andrew confessed, looking at the ground. I smirked at him, giving Tevin an air high five.
"Ah, does little Andrew have a crush on Avalon," I teased in a baby voice. Andrew glared at me and booped my nose. " Hey!"
"Justin, would you rather be a tree, or a bush," Andrew asked. Justin laughed at the question a little.
"A tree, man( he's a Hansen!!)," he smiled, turning to me. " Yo, N/n, would you rather play hide n' seek next, or Uno. "
"Mm, Uno," I decided. Ella grabbed the cards, shuffled, and dealt. Since I was the birthday girl, I was able to go first.
                                           1 hour later
"Uno again! Hah, suck it," I screamed, slapping my card onto the discard pile. It was the tenth round and I had won again. My friends groaned. Tevin threw his cards in the air out of frustration.
"I'm rage quitting!" he declared, falling backwards, his head hitting the carpet with an audible, " Oof!"
"Calm down, T, it isn't like you've just lost nine rounds of Uno to me," I smirked at him, " because you lost ten!"
"Hide n' seek?" Ella suggested, Derek trying to calm Tevin. I shrugged.
"Why not," I said. " Not it!"
"Not it," Ella cried.
"Not it," Justin said.
"Not it," Andrew announced.
"Not it," Tevin freaking yelled.
"What?" Derek asked.
"You're the seeker! Backyard is off limits as well as the bedrooms and basement! Front yard can be used. Now start counting," as soon as Derek closed his eyes, I bolted outside, climbing crazy high in the oak up front.
"You can hide, but you can't run," Derek screamed, rushing upstairs. I covered my mouth to smother my giggle. " Found you!" Ella followed Derek around. "And your dead!" Derek pretended to shoot Andrew. " And so are you, " Justin was tackled.
"I'm going to find you, Y/n," Derek shouted, running outside. I made my breathing as quiet as possible and watched the group approach.
Derek marched around the tree, looked up at the tree before going inside. The next time I saw him, he was on top of the house with a megaphone.
"Where the hell did he get that," I muttered, eyes squinting to see him in the faltering day light.
"I FOUND YOU, Y/F/N," he exclaimed into the megaphone. Pretty sure the whole neighborhood heard.
"Ugh," I groaned, slipping from branch to branch before jumping down.
"I win, b*tches!!" Tevin screeched. Our heads turned only to find him nearly a block away in a dumpster. I shook my head.
"You're disqualified," I yelled at him. Tevin rolled his eyes as we walked inside.
"You're just jealous that I'm the hide n' seek master," he smirked. I rolled my eyes, putting him in a headlock and giving him a noogie.
We each took a slice of cake and piled into the living room to watch a bunch of Disney. It was going to be our movie marathon of the day. The boys were on the couch, Ella sitting in a chair while I sat in between Justin's legs. Slowly, I fell asleep.

Sorry I didn't update yesterday! I was binging Voltron!
