"Beautiful"

Lies

"Breath-taking"

Lies

"Can't wait to marry you"

Lies

"I love you"

Lies

Can't believe I fell for the oldest trick in the book

Fell for the compliments, plans and 'I love you's

I planned it all in my head you know.....

At the time, there would be pink flowers blooming in the warm summer sun,

glistening with the drops of dews, kissing each pedal.

Then the church would be decorated with pink and white,

reminding me of cherry blossoms.

Next was the dress.

A poofy Cinderella dress; sleeveless with glitter and diamonds with a silky pink bow wrapped around my waist

Seeing me walk down the aisle with tears in eyes as you whisper

"I'm the most luckiest guy in the world"

Us saying our 'I do's' and giving each other a warm, soft and sweet kiss.

Years later, celebrating births, birthdays, anniversaries, dates and then growing old together.....

But that was all a lie

All you wanted was sex and kids.

The love was fake

The plans were a scam

And the compliments were just hiding your true identity

But now I know why.....

Because you NEVER wanted to be official!
