What kiss?

A knock was what awaken me. I sleepily walked to wards the door not caring of the cold floor beneath my feet. I opened the door not caring who it was but when I saw Ace face I wanted to slam the door in his face one time. Instead I just turned around and walked back to my bed as if he was-

"Dawn are you ok?"

I turned to him and stared at him. "ok then."

I could of laughed but I didn't. "What do you want boss? Is there any new assignments or do you want to lecture me on how I can't even be a feet in distance near my brothers because don't worry they didn't see me and oh I love seeing my older brothers in misery and all 3 of them has goddamn beards! I mean they hate beards! Ace I-"

I wiped the tears and took a deep breath. "Is there anything I can do for you boss?"

I crossed my fingers to stop trembling.  "I just wanted to see how you were."

I couldn't help but scoff. "Your wife wouldn't like that Boss. I need to go shower and get dress or do you want to see that as well?"

He smirked. "Yes please."

I folded my lips so I won't break out into a smile. I just turned away and sticked out my bottom lip from laughing.

"Rebecca isn't my wife Dawn."

He was sitting at the edge of my bed watching me. "So why does she think she is?"

You might be wondering. Why am asking such inappropriate questions to my boss?

Well I don't know. Maybe because I started falling for him but haha no one would know that.

"Jealous?"

I scoffed again. Yes. "No god no."

He laughed. "She is the daughter of a allied boss of a different...mafia. So in anycase, if I don't find a "Mother gang" To marry soon I will have to marry her."

I cringed. "Her?!"

He nodded. "I don't want to but whatever is better for the gang is what I will do."

I nodded and looked away...my fingernails.

"Dawn?"

I looked up at him. "Yeah?"

He just stared at me. His unique colored eyes staring at me for the first time with emotion. pity.

"I um...." He was running his hands through his hair. "I wanna say...about your brothers and everything before that...i'm-"

"Its ok."

I know he couldn't say it. Its not like him to say that 5 lettered word. But I just knew. I think I always knew.

He gave me a small smile and got up heading for the door. 

"Oh and dawn, Jazmine wants to see you."

I nodded and started my personal issues once he closed the door.

I slipped on some sweater and black jeans and my white champion sneakers Jazmine gotten me.

I ran my fingers through my hair and walked down the stairs. I found Jazmine in the kitchen with Tear drop eating pizza.

"Really pizza for breakfast?" I asked picking up a slice and putting it in my mouth.

"Hey! That was my slice!" I rolled my eyes back and moaned. "This taste soooo gooooooodddd!" I dramatically said. Laughing at marquis Expression. "Don't do that again."

I rolled my eyes and finished eating the pizza.

I looked over at Jazmine. "So what you wanna tell me?"

She smiled. "So I was thinking, lets do something about Rebecca. We all know she isn't Ace wife. well except you-"

"I know." They both looked at me. "Ace told me this morning. Said something about he would have to marry her if he doesn't find a mother gang. whats a mother gang anyways?"

Jazmine lips were stretched out into a huge teeth smile. Marquis brows were raised with a small smirk playing at his lips.

"What?"

"I knew there was something between you too after that kiss."

I almost choked on the coke. "I-I'm sorry What kiss?"

"The kiss you shared at the club? You don't remember?"

I shook my  head trying really hard. "I don't recall what happened after we headed to the dance floor to be honest. I had way to many shots..." My voice trailed off when I realized I shared a kiss with the man I am starting to have feelings for and I have no memory of it.

"No wonder he was in a grumpy mood that day after the club." Marquis stated. 

"H-he was?"

Marquis nodded. "He likes you. Some of us thinks its unhealthy because of who he is but I think it would make him finally realize that he needs someone like you by his side. Not someone who would darken his world like Ms. Rebecca I'm the bosses wife over here."

I smiled kindly at Marquis. "But I don't like Ace." I laughed.

"Yeah ok, what ever floats your boat." I looked at Jason and Zara who was holding Sincere.

I smiled at him and he went to my arms. "So you finally remember about the kiss now?"

"You knew? Why didn't you guys tell me?"

Zara smiled. "I thought you just wanted to ignore it. But I do wanna tell you to use protection next time."

I froze. "i'm sorry what?"

Zara shrugged. "Oh nothing just I found your lacy panties and some white spots on it...Was that your cum or his?"

My whole face was burning up while Everyone was cracking up. 

"Oh god I had sex with him!" I wanted to crawl under a table.

"Girl calm down he isn't that bad. Just the kiss I was playing." Zara said through laughs. I rolled my eyes at her but my face was still flushed. 

"Well damn girl I bet you wanted to."

I shook my head and walked off with Sincere. "Hey give me back my baby!"

"Nope he is mines now!"

"He look nothing like Ace! Go make one with him if you want one."C

I flicked the finger at Jason and ignored there laughing.
