I am 15
It feels like I have an old soul but a young body
Loud thoughts but a small voice
A spectrum of feelings but little experience
I am 15
And I am experiencing the newness of life
Maybe I haven't seen much but feel I have started understanding it
I am standing on a line between childhood and adulthood
And all the lines between what I thought was right and what I thought was wrong are blurring
I am 15
And maybe that's too young to carve my deeds on stones
But sometimes I want to conquer the world
And other times I just want to sleep forever
I know I am lonely
But I know I am not alone
I am 15
Its the best of times and the worst of times
And I wish it ends soon and I wish it lasts forever
